Abstract:
اشتمل هذا الفصل على المقدمة واهمية البحث ، اذ تم التطرق فيه الى الواقع المعرفي لاهداف درس التربية البدنية ، وكذلك تم التطرق الى ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية الصفية واللاصفية ومدى تاثيرها على سلوكيات الفرد وخاصة ان التلاميذ الذين يقضون ساعات طويلة في المدرسة ، اذ تعد ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية وسيلة لتفريغ الطاقة الموجودة داخل التلميذ .اما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في مدى معرفة معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية لاهداف درس التربية البدنية المدرسية سواء كان هذا نشاطا صفيا داخل المدرسة او نشاطا لا صفيا داخل او خارج المدرسة . اما اهداف البحث فهي ما ياتي : 1. التعرف على الواقع المعرفي لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية لاهداف درس التربية البدنية المدرسية .2. التعرف على واقع ادارة النشاط الصفي واللاصفي .3. التعرف على مدى التطابق في الواقع المعرفي لاهداف درس التربية البدنية المدرسية والاداري للنشاط الصفي واللاصفي وبحسب المؤهل العلمي لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية .4. التعرف على مدى التطابق بين كل من اراء المعلمين والمعلمات وبحسب الجنس لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية .اما مجالات البحث فهي : • المجال البشري : معلمو ومعلمات التربية البدنية للمرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة بغداد .• المجال الزماني : المدة الممتدة 10/11/2013 م ولغاية 5/5/2014 م .• المجال المكاني : مدارس تربية بغداد / الكرخ والرصافة للمرحلة الابتدائية .الفصل الثاني : الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة . تضمن هذا الفصل العديد من الدراسات النظرية التي تخص موضوع اهداف درس التربية البدنية وادارة النشاط الصفي واللاصفي ، بحيث تم التطرق الى موضوع الاهداف التربوية بشكل عام واهداف درس التربية البدنية بشكل خاص وبعد ذلك تم التطرق الى موضوع الادارة الصفية واللاصفية فضلا عن الدراسات المشابهة التي تم عرضها لدعم الاطروحة من الناحية العلمية .الفصل الثالث : منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية . استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملاءمته لمشكلة البحث ، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كاداة لانجاز البحث وتتضمن الاستبانة (7) مجالات يجيب عليها المعلم اؤيد بدرجة ( كبيرة جدا ، كبيرة ، متوسطة ، قليلة ، قليلة جدا ) ، وبعد التاكد من صدق وثبات وموضوعية الاستبانة ، قام الباحث بتوزيع استمارة الاستبانة على عينة البحث الاساسية ، وبعد ذلك تمت معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستخدام ( الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، اختبار معامل كروباخ الفا ، اختبار T - test ، اختبار كا² ) . الفصل الرابع : عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها . تضمن هذا الفصل عرض النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث من خلال معالجة البيانات الاحصائية التي افرزتها الدراسة ومن ثم القيام بعرضها وتحليلها ومناقشتها والتي من خلالها حققت الدراسة اهدافها وخرجت بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات . الفصل الخامس : الاستنتاجات والتوصيات .الاستنتاجات : استنتج الباحث عدة استنتاجات اهمها : • تحققت الاهداف في مجالات البحث ولكن تباينت النسبة المئوية لاصناف عينة البحث في متغير المؤهل العلمي من خريجي ( الكليات ، معهد المعلمين ، دار المعلمين ) ومتغير الجنس ( المعلمين ، المعلمات ) .• تحققت الاهداف في مجالات البحث ولكن تباينت نتائج الفروق بين اجابات اصناف عينة البحث في متغير المؤهل العلمي من خريجي ( الكليات ، معهد المعلمين ، دار المعلمين ) ومتغير الجنس ( المعلمين ، المعلمات ) .التوصيات : وتوصل الباحث الى : • الاهتمام بدرس التربية البدنية في المدارس باعتباره الوسيلة الاساسية التي يتم من خلالها تحقيق اهداف الدرس .• العمل على تشخيص الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلم على الارتقاء بمستوى اداء ادواره التربوية والعلمية والمهنية ومواجهة التحديات الحديثة .• تفهم المعلمين والمعلمات لدور التوجيه والارشاد من خلال اشراكهم في دورات تدريبية تتناول المهارات الاساسية للارشاد والتوجيه والافادة منه في تحسين اداء التلاميذ .• تكثيف الجوانب المهارية في برامج الاعداد والتدريب للمعلمين والمعلمات فضلا عن الاستمرار في مراجعة الاساليب والطرق التي تعتمد في اعداد المعلم .• ضرورة استخدام الاجهزة والادوات الحديثة في تدريس التربية البدنية لما لها من اثر في تسهيل عملية التعليم والتعلم .• تقديم حوافز معنوية للمدرسة وهذا يجعلها تركز جل اهتمامها في عملها ليكون حافزا لها على زيادة الاهتمام بالنشاط الداخلي والعمل على تطويره .• اجراء دراسات وبحوث علمية على غرار الدراسة الحالية للمراحل الدراسية الاخرى . | Included this chapter provided and the importance of research, as it has been addressed in it to reality knowledge of the goals he studied physical education, and also touched on the practice of sporting activities, curricular and extra - curricular activities and their impact on the behavior of the individual, especially the students who spend long hours at the school, where it is the practice of sporting activities and the way To empty the energy contained within the pupil. The research problem lies in the extent of knowledge of primary teachers to familiarize the objectives of physical education school, whether this descriptive active within the school activity is not descriptive inside or outside the school. The objectives of the research are as follows : 1. Recognize the reality of knowledge to primary school teachers to familiarize the objectives of physical education school.2. Recognize the reality of managing a classroom and extra - curricular activity.3. Identify the extent of congruence in fact knowledge of the goals he studied physical education and school administrative classroom and extra - curricular activity, according to qualification for primary teachers.4. Identify the extent of congruence between the views of teachers and by gender for primary teachers.The areas of research are : • the human sphere : the gurus and teachers of physical education at the primary level in the province of Baghdad. • temporal sphere : the period 11.10.2013 until 05.05.2014 m m. • spatial domain : Schools Educational Baghdad / Karkh and Rusafa primary stage. Chapter Tow : theoretical studies and similar. This included separation of many theoretical studies concerning the subject of the goals he studied physical education and management of classroom activity and extra - curricular, which was addressed to the issue of educational goals in general and the goals he studied physical education in particular, and then touched on the subject of the administration of classroom and extra - curricular activities as well as similar studies that have been shown to support the thesis of scientific terms.Chapter Three : research methodology and procedures in the field. The researcher used the descriptive style screening for suitability to the research problem, as was the use of the questionnaire as a tool to carry out the research and include a questionnaire (7) areas answered by the teacher support a degree (very large, large, medium, small, very small), and after confirmation of the validity and reliability and objectivity of the questionnaire, The researcher distributed the questionnaire form on basic research sample, and then were treated statistically using the data (mean, standard deviation, test T - test, test Ka ²) . Chapter Four : Results, analysis and discussion. Ensure that this chapter show the findings of the researcher during the processing of statistical data, which were produced by the study and then do the viewing, analysis and discussion through which the study has achieved its goals and came up with a number of conclusions and recommendations. Chapter Five : Conclusions and recommendations.Conclusions : The researcher concluded several conclusions, including : 1. targets have been achieved in the areas of research, but varied the percentage of classes in the research sample variable Qualification of graduates (colleges, Institute teachers, teachers house) and variable sex (teachers, parameters).2. targets have been achieved in the areas of research, but the results varied differences between cultivars sample answers in a variable Qualification of graduates (colleges, Institute teachers, teachers house) and variable sex (teachers, parameters).Recommendations : The researcher found to : • attention Padres physical education in schools as the primary means by which to achieve the objectives of the lesson. • Work on the diagnosis of the difficulties faced by the teacher to raise the level of performance of its roles educational, scientific, professional and meet the challenges of modern.• understand the teachers to the role of guidance and counseling through their involvement in brain training courses dealing with basic skills for guidance and direction and utilization in improving the performance of pupils. • intensify aspects of skill in the preparation and training programs for teachers as well as to continue to review the tactics and techniques that rely on teacher preparation. • the need to use modern equipment and tools in the teaching of physical education because of their impact in facilitating the teaching and learning process.• Provide incentives for school morale and this makes them focus their attention on their work to be a catalyst to increase its interest in the activity and work on internal development. • studies and scientific research along the lines of the current study for grades other
