Abstract:
The purpose of the current study is to know the impact of quality absolute to enforcement the implementation of the requirements of total quality management.It was the use of simple correlation coefficient to measure the correlation between variables, and the (t) test to determine the degree of simple correlation between variable, and analyze the simple regression and using (F) test to determine the regression equation, in addition to use (R2) to explain the amount of impact of independent variables over the dependent ones, and to use (Man - Whitney) test for the differences between two averages of two independent samples, and (Kruskall - Wallis) test for the difference between several independent groups .The Iraqi cement state company has been choosen as a sample for the study, the necessary information for the practiced part obtained from the questionnaire from which has been prepared for this purpose and distributed to (100) employee (a sample).The study reached to several conclusions the foremost among them is that there is an impact absolute of quality over implementing the requirements of total quality management in the Iraqi Cement state company, and the possibility of application the computerized system which has been suggested in the other organizations as well as the organization of study sample.The study concluded many recommendations s.
