Abstract:
تكمن اهمية البحث في ايجاد انسب الطرائق التعليمية وافضلها اقتصادا عند تعليم المهارات الحركية للفعاليات او الانشطة الرياضية عند المبتدئين من خلال تطبيق جدولة التمرينات المتسلسلة والعشوائية على عينة من تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية باستعمال اسلوبي المتسلسل والعشوائي ومن ثم الارتقاء في مجال تعليم بعض المهارات في لعبة الجمناستك الفني.اما مشكلة البحث فقد وجدت الباحثة من خلال خبرتها الميدانية ومشاهدة لعبة الجمناستك الفني ومتابعتها ان احد المشكلات التي تواجه المدرسين في المدارس الابتدائية هو ضعف التعلم لهذه اللعبة لاتباع وتيرة واحدة منها مما لا يشجع المتعلمين على التعلم، وايضا لوجود اعداد كبيرة من التلاميذ في الصف الواحد فلا يستطيع المدرس يستوفي المادة الدراسية وايجاد الزمن الكافي لتعليم تلك المهارة فردا فردا.وان من اهم اسباب عدم تطور لعبة الجمناستك الى مستوى عال هو ضعف الاداء المهاري للتلميذات وبشكل خاص في الفئات العمرية التي تشكل القاعدة الاساسية للمنتخبات الوطنية لذا اشتمل هذا البحث على هدفين هما : معرفة تاثير اسلوبي المتسلسل والعشوائي في تعليم بعض المهارات الحركية في الجمناستك الفني، ومعرفة افضلية الاسلوبين في تعلم بعض الحركات في الجمناستك الفني. وقد وضعت الباحثة فرضين للبحث وهما : هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لتاثير اسلوبي المتسلسل والعشوائي في تعلم بعض المهارات الحركية في لعبة الجمناستك الفني، فضلا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الاختبارات البعدية لتاثير المتسلسل والعشوائي في تعلم بعض المهارات الحركية في الجمناستك الفني.وكانت عينة البحث قد اختيرت بطريقة عمدية وذلك لان هذه العينة تتدرب في ضمن خطة وضعتها تربية بغداد/ الرصافة الثانية لرياضة الجمناستك، ولكون المدرسة مركز تدريبي لرياضة الجمباز وفضلا عن انها مدرسة نموذجية وتتوفر فيها اغلب اجهزة الجمناستك. ثم اختيرت بعد ذلك بطريقة عشوائية من مجموع (60) تلميذة كانت العينة تتالف من (30)تلميذة من المرحلة الابتدائية الصف الخامس الابتدائي من مدرسة العهد الجديد - تربية الرصافة الثانية وبعدها قسمت العينة الى مجموعتين تجريبية وقوامها (15) تلميذة لكل مجموعة احدهما استخدمت الاسلوب المتسلسل والثانية الاسلوب العشوائي في تعلم بعض المهارات الحركية في الجمناستك الفني.وقد تم اختبار العينة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني (2006 - 2007) على ساحة المدرسة المذكورة وقاعتها.وقد تضمنت الدراسات النظرية جدولة اسلوبي التمرينات المتسلسلة والتمرينات العشوائية وتنظيمهما، فضلا عن مفاهيم التعلم الحركي وبعض المهارات الحركية في الجمناستك الفني.ولاجل التوصل الى اهداف البحث وفروضه استخدمت الباحثة اختبارات لبعض المهارات الحركية في الجمناستك الفني عن طريق وضع منهاج يتضمن استعمال التمرينات المتسلسلة والعشوائية. وبعد الاختبارات البعدية ومعالجة نتائج الاختبارات احصائيا باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة ظهرت فروق معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي وحصول تقدم ملموس لمصلحة الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين التجريبيتين التي نفذت المنهج المعد لهذه العينة وفي ضوء مناقشة النتائج توصلت الباحثة الى عدة استنتاجات وكما يلي : 1 - ان المنهج التعليمي باستعمال اسلوبي المتسلسل والعشوائي ادى الى تعلم جميع المهارات الحركية موضوعة البحث ولكن بشكل متفاوت.2 - ادى اسلوب العمل في التمرينات المتسلسلة والعشوائية الى تعلم جميع المهارات قيد الدراسة.3 - كان للتمرين المتسلسل نتائج افضل من العشوائي في تعليم الحركات الارضية، بينما التمرينات العشوائية قد جاءت بنتائج افضل من التمرينات المتسلسلة في تعلم مهارات الطلوع والميزان على جهاز عارضة التوازن.وقد اوصت الباحثة بما ياتي : 1 - ضرورة استخدام التمرينات بالاسلوب المتسلسل والعشوائي في تعلم مهارات اخرى في الجمناستك ولاجهزة اخرى.3 - اجراء بحوث ودراسات اخرى مشابهة ولكلا الجنسين في استخدام اسلوبي المتسلسل والعشوائي وعلى مهارات واجهزة اخرى في الجمناستك.4 - الاستفادة من استخدام التمرينات المتسلسلة والعشوائية في اكتساب التعلم لسد متطلبات الوحدة التعليمية واهدافها. 5 - التاكيد على استخدام الاسلوب المتسلسل في تعلم المراحل المبكرة لتعلم المهارات على ان يليه الاسلوب العشوائي في المراحل اللاحقة من مراحل تعلم المهارات في لعبة الجمناستك. | The importance of research is to find the most appropriate and best teaching methods When teaching skills of motor sports events or activities and to identify the best way of learning some basic skills at the junior Through the application of scheduling exercises serial and random sample of primary - arrival of technical level of the sport is Gymnastics poor performance skills of the students, particularly in age groups, which constitute the basic rule of the national teams therefore included the objectives of this research are : Knowledge of the impact of scheduling and blocked and random practice to teach some skills in Gymnastics kinetic art, and knowledge of preference modes of education for some movements in Gymnastics art. Has been searching for Research and assumptions are : There are statistically significant differences between before and After tests of the impact of the exercises and random serial to learn some skills in a game of kinetic Gymnastics artistic, as well as the presence of a statistically significant difference in tests of the impact of After and blocked and random practice to teach some skills in Gymnastics kinetic artThe research sample was selected in a deliberate, because this sample trained within a plan developed by the Educational Baghdad / Rusafa second Gymnastics sport, and the fact that the school training centre for sport and gymnastics as well as a school model and where most Gymnastics devices. Then subsequently selected randomly from the total (60) student sample was composed of (30) students from the elementary grade five of primary school New Testament - Educational Rusafa II and after the sample was divided into two experimental and strength (15), one student each group used exercise The second serial indiscriminate exercise in learning some skills in Gymnastics kinetic art.The sample was tested in the second semester (2006 - 2007) on the school yard, Hall said.The studies included theoretical scheduling stylistic exercises serial and random and organized, and also on the concepts of learning and some motor skills in Gymnastics kinetic art.To reach the goals of research and homework researcher used tests of motor skills in some Gymnastics art through a curriculum and the use of scheduling exercises serial and indiscriminate.After tests and treatment After test results statistically using appropriate statistical methods Moral differences emerged between the results of tests of before learning and obtain tangible progress in the interest of the two tests After pilot implemented curriculum prepared for this sample in the light of the discussion of the results reached researcher to several conclusions, as follows : 1 - that the style of work in training and indiscriminate serial had developed all the skills, but uneven.2 - The modus operandi in the serial exercises and random evolution to all skills under study but had to exercise the serial better results in the education of indiscriminate land movements, while exercises indiscriminate best results came from the serial exercises to learn skills Dawning and balance on a casual balance.3 - The educational curriculum helped to learn and develop skills under study.4 - The use of organs that the requirements of the sample helped to learn skills under study (four skills, jump Arab wheel human Dawning - balance).5 - The methods used in the gradient method partial and gradual difficult to easy to learn skills under study have helped to speed learning and perfecting skills under study.The researcher recommended that : 1 - the need to contain the curriculum used in schools according to the data used for research.2 - need to use and blocked and random practice to teach other skills of Rhythmic and other organs.3 - benefit from the curriculum to the sample and thus other sports.4 - conduct research and studies of other similar and both sexes.5 - benefit from the use and blocked and random practice in the acquisition and retention of learning to fill the requirements and objectives of the educational unit.
