Abstract:
The research aims to : 1. Prepare a measure stress among students of the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad.2. Understand the level of stress among students of the Faculty. of Physical Education - University of Baghdad.3. Understand the impact of the use of the program in reducing the perception of mental stress among students of the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad.4. Understand the impact of mental perception in learning the effectiveness of free - swimming among students of Physical Education - University of Baghdad.And accept a researcher at the theoretical framework the most important literature on perception , mental and theories that dealt with the subject as well as the concept of stress in all its dimensions and Mvahmah as well as previous studies on scientific concepts of the themes and the researcher used the descriptive survey manner in measuring the characteristic stress for students of the Faculty of Physical Education University - Baghdad also used Researcher experimental method to determine the impact of a program to reduce the perception of mental stress and learn the skills of free - swimming.Where used the scale ( Huda Jalal ) psychological stress and tension after preparation by applying it to a sample of 120 students from the Faculty of Physical Education ( first phase )1. Develop tutorials (educational psychology) to address some of the players who are suffering from psychological tensions high.2. orientation in the integration of the uses of mental exercises with physical exercises to achieve a better condition in the learning and mastery.3. The participation of mental exercises coupled with physical exercises has increased the speed of learning the skill of free - swimming, which helps to speed up the process of learning and development and investment of time and effort.and the experimental method used in a manner where the two groups Almtkavitin conducted research on Sample consisting of 40 students of the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad ( the first stage ) for the academic year ( 2013 - 2014 ) and who have strained myself after divided into two groups ( control group and experimental ) by (20 ) students per set. Researcher has to apply mental visualization program prepared by the members of the experimental group , which consists of (7) E. session with two sessions per week.After the completion of the application of the counseling program , the researcher conducted a posteriori tests of skill and Totralnevsa freestyle relevant research. The data were processed statistically statistical bagful of Social Sciences (spss )One of the main conclusions reached by the researcher are;1. There is tension among students in myself the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad, about the performance of the skill of the effectiveness of free - swimming2. the perception of the program in a positive mental effect in reducing stress among students in the first phase in the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad.3. To reduce the impact of stress in a positive way to improve the performance of the skill of the effectiveness of free - swimming with the students of the Faculty of Physical Education4. was to follow the correct methods to learn the skill of free - swimming and duplicates and visualization procedures and restore mental direct impact in increasing the mechanism of performance skillsIn light of the conclusions reached by the researcher recommended the following : 1 - Take advantage of scale in the measurement of stress and distress frequency other communities in other sports.2 - The need to care for the mental perception and status along with the educational process.3 - conduct a study on the relationship between stress and other psychological variables.
