China of to day can be Cansidered on the path of the greate States , Since it has managed during ashort term - in Comparison with other states to depart from the status of deterioration in many aspeats (unemployment , economic recession and other political and social issues ), and turn the state to possess rate of growth in world by materialization all power elements including human , materials and other assets including talent management which collectively succeeded to achieve the goal to be in the level of super power regionally and great power internationally as a state have the second greatest international economic and the most prominent competitor to the dominant international power the United State of America.China intended to make high national strategy include chiness objective to achieve the Position of the super power and it works hardly to realize this target since its emergence as a new state at 1949 china has managed to achive the main virtual objective by exploitation all its capabilities and factors of power have possessed successively in a way to reach the level of chiness objective.Since the commencement of his rule , the leader (MAU ) works to create the new china as future great power as this have all necessary elements to be qualified this international position.China Successed to implement the deep foundation to occupy the international position through in the fields of economy , military and politics.The base of the chiness emergence as great power is the Asian environment which involved as main factor in building the strategy and play an important factor to reinforce its position and international rolr.China adapt astrategy reputed by features of cooperation and partnership strategy to attained the mutual benefits for all parteners.By implementation this strategy , china Successed to play regional role has the capability of super power and played crusial regional issues which leeds to consider china as undispens able regional actor.China , also , acts further role to present economic and financial aids to help the states that faced human ,economic and political crises supported by international economy.Accordingly , China appeared as strategic partner to all regional states specially with the states keen to have the output of chiness economy through building active cooperative relations and partnership strategy with china.Hence , china , manged , through its regional strategy , to launch from region with jeostrategic importance to reinforce its international position toward the outer boundaries of the Asian region to act as great power has the effectiveness and influences in the international politics.
