ان الاهمية التي يشكلها النقد الثقافي في مجال الدراسات النقدية الثقافية، تكمن في انه يكون احد الروافد المفاهيمية في تلك الدراسات، كذلك انه يرصد العلاقة بين النسق الثقافي وبنائية الادب لما لها من بعد بعد حداثوي، ولمقتضيات منهجية البحث، فقد قسم البحث ا | Criticism is a calibration tool on which both literature and recipients makers based, and each according to his approach, because any literary work, whether it was popular or elitist, as it needs to be re - considered and calibrated due to what it bears of intellectual implicit rely on the cognitive concepts of the course of that work, Whether it was poetry or short story or novel or a play as well as other kind of literature, and to be understood by the receiver.As that literature was elitist and restricted to those only (Elite), cultural criticism came to break the hurdle, surpassing all the obstacles placed in front of the popular literature so as to take ample space in the cognitive studies field, To search in all that is hidden and latent in response to the proposals of the postmodern and post - structuralism.All of these changes came as a result of the evolution that took place in post - colonial that led to the awareness of the people and be alert to what is going on around them, so the book made research for that kind of criticism, and as a result the cultural criticism emerged.Based on that, we realized that the importance posed by the cultural criticism in the field of the critical cultural studies, to be one of the conceptual tributaries in those studies, and to monitor the relationship between the cultural pattern in literature constructivism due to its modernist approach, as a result the remarkable research has been divided into (Functioning of the cultural criticism in Iraqi theatrical discourse) four chapters, and they were as follows : - The first chapterThe methodological framework and in which : 1 - The issue : - It is possible to determine the issue and identify the defect to be an entry to the research after identifying the problem.2 - The Importance of the research : We have explained what the Importance of the research in the text of this study is.3 - Research goals : The researcher adopted two goals to be his starting point.4 - The research limits : It has been identified with temporal and spatial (time and place) as well as the objective limit.5 - Determining the terms (idioms) : The researcher has set the terms in accordance with the requirements of the research.Chapter II / The theoretical framework : It contains three topics and by sequence.The first topic - the cultural criticism concepts.The second topic - the references of cultural criticism which is : A) Modern Marxism.B) Materialistic cultural and sometimes called cultural studies.C) Modern historicismD) Womanly criticismE) Modern colonialismTopic III - Cultural criticism strategy in dramatic criticism.Chapter III / research procedures which included : - 1 - Research community.2 - Research tools.3 - Research method.4 - Sample analysis, contained five plays and they are as follows : - a) (Fog) Play - 2003.b) (Curfew) Play - 2008.c) (Death and the Virgin) Play - 2010.d) (Badr and Wafiqa Tale) Play - 2013.e) (The Cart) Play - 2014.Finally, chapter four which included : - The results and conclusions of the research.And after that, the sources and references adopted by the researcher in his research and finally a summary in English.
