Abstract:
Specific skills and talents of students, and unleash in the right direction and configure profile integrated students which contribute to changes required in society requiring educational institutions substantive activities to contain the energies and investing in the in Iraq to circulate at various levels including junior and practice as a specialist or free activities associated with feeding and development of curriculum in order to achieve the desired educational objectives in the context of the overall growth and development in Iraq.Due to the presence of the researcher in the field of artistic activity for her work as a technical supervisor and is responsible for the Division of artistic activity, where I found neglect of substantive activities in lower secondary and derailing was due to some problems that arise and take root and then form an obstacle to the achievement of the objectives and the cultural and educational marginalization through the researcher survey of previous studies on substantive activities, I found that all the studies have been limited to technical activity calendar in State schools only in the provinces of southern Iraq, and The phenomenon of private schools new phenomenon started in 2003 and has recently increased attention is prompting the researcher to study the reality of artistic activities into private schools and public schools in Baghdad and redress is required level commensurate with the rapid developments in Iraqi society at all levels and compare activities in private schools and Government. So the researcher felt that this problem it is necessary to pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses and work to enhance strengths and avoid weaknesses and find appropriate solutions to promote artistic activities within the school community and for its important role in education. So the title investigated ((the reality of artistic activities in the governmental and private preparatory schools in the governorate of Baghdad)). The importance of this study, it helps officials in the Ministry of Education and school districts activity to identify the training needs of technical education teacher and school administrators activity and building plans and programs of artistic activity to improve the level of technical and aesthetic perception of that grade. : - The current research aims to1 - You know the reality of the technical school activities in junior high school government and private from the viewpoint of teachers of art education in them.2 - Evaluating the reality of the technical school activities in private schools and government ( the preparatory stage.) By making a comparison between reality and artistic activities in the public schools and private schools.Find a year is determined by the academic year (2012 - 2013) and the activities of the technical school, plastic and drama music and singing.The research community consisted of teachers and teachers of art education distributors in junior high school government and private in the province of Baghdad, on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa. The sample consisted of Applied Research ( 72 ), a teacher and a school for art education distributors on the junior high school government and private departments affiliated to the breeding of Baghdad.The researcher used the ( resolution ) as a tool for the collection of information has been obtained ( the researcher ) on the sincerity of the tool through a presentation to a group of experts specialists in the arts and art education and teaching methods , and took the researcher another indication of the sincerity of the tool which is the extent of the representation of the poverty of the reality of the viewpoint ( based on activities ) teachers and teachers of art education. And applied as the final resolution on the research sample. Has consisted of (28 ) items were classified in three axes : - 1 - plastic 2 - drama 3 - musicParticipated in the four areasthe area of programs, plans and ensure (8) poverty 1 - Field to raise motivation and ensure (9) poverty 2 - 3 - the field of potential supplies of material and ensure (4) poverty4 - the field of management and organization , cooperation and ensure (7) poverty.Used ( the researcher ) Pearson correlation coefficient for the extraction of stability, and the equation of Fisher to find a unit paragraph , and the equation of Cooper to see the sincerity tool as well as the weight percentile to indicate the value of each paragraph of the resolution as well as the Chi - square test to know the significance of differences between the responses of teachers in junior high school government and private schools. : - One of the most important results1 - the lack of junior high school government and private evidence to the exercise of a private school activities , as well as the lack of a teacher trainer to exercise those activities effectively. As well as the lack of plans for those in charge in the area of school activity.2 - lack of time to practice school activities and congestion of the school day to courses that weigh student overburdened school overcrowding school schedule quotas , and the lack of halls appropriate for the exercise of artistic activities to narrow the school building , especially in the public schools as well as in private schools in rented buildings. : The main recommendations of the research are1 - The need to give teachers the preparation of the assets of festivals , art galleries and the provision of courses and international posts for people with specialized technical competencies.2 - the need to give equal space for each area of artistic activity Kalnchat visual , music, theater , and the diversification of activities and not just on a particular activity in order to achieve the wishes of the majority of students and Preference. Participate in the neighborhoods of formal occasions. : - One of the main proposals are1 - Conduct a study program designed to prepare a proposal for a middle school activity programs , and the rest of the levels of education and access to the university leve.2 - Conducting a pilot study to know the effect of school activity in achievement among the students of the preparatory stage.
