Abstract:
This part included on the introduction and the importance of research, which was explained the basketball game and the difficulty of their requirements, as well as to the means of modern methods of training for the players ( physically and skills ) including ballistic training as a successful and effective means to treat the lack of fast power , acquisition skill, maintenance and performance it's in the competition.The importance of research lies in the importance of physical force as an important factor having the priority in the positive impact on the performance of offensive skills and increase the proportion of redox enzymes in during research , however, they will not take a real position in modern training methods to prepare the women basketball players.Research problemResearcher Noted and a clear lack of fast power, which results from the use of traditional methods of training and this is consequently reflected on the performance skills of offensive skills in the game of basketball so researcher opted treat the fast power and the conversion component of time for performance skills through the use of ballistic training exercises and what's happening to the body player of the biochemical changes which stimulate the direction of acceptance of sports training and thus obtain the physiological merits.Research objectives : - 1 - preparation and application of training exercise, ballistic manner for the players from women in the basketball teams.2 - Knowing the influences of exercise in the development fast power of and some of the offensive skills for the players 3 - Knowing the influences of ballistic exercises in the level of activity of certain redox enzymes of applicants basketball players.Hypotheses : - 1 - There were significant differences in the impact of the method of training in the ballistic tests reported in the ( pre - post ) tests , in the development fast power and some of offensive skills.2 - There were significant differences in the impact of the method of training in the ballistic tests reported in ( pre - post ) tests , when the disclosure of the values of some redox enzymes.Research fields : - The human field : a sample of players from the Sulaymaniyaha basketball club (11 player).1.5.2.a temporal field : for the period from1 - 5 - 3 spatial field : - close sports hall for the Sulaymaniyaha basketball club and Nawa laboratory for blood analysis in the Sulaymaniyaha.Part IITheoretical and Similar studies Is in this section clarify the vocabulary selected to promote the title of the research, which was addressed to the ballistic training in terms of benefits and founded and the means used in it and its time in the training plan, has also been addressed to fast power , in addition to the physiology of defibrillation and the installation of the cells and skeletal muscle and speed and the mechanism and types of defibrillation , and the concept of skill and some of the basic offensive skills in the basketball, and the meaning of enzymes, mechanisms , types and the relationship of physical activity with the enzyme G6PDH and CPK, as well as it has been addressed to the similar studies, are displayed with a brief overview of the purpose of supporting the thesis from the scientific side.Part IIIResearch methodology and field procedures Was chosen experimental method in harmony with the nature of the problem, was also selected 11 of the player representing the players of the Sulaymaniyaha club has been chosen intentionally, have been developed (exercises to strengthen the ligaments and muscles, ballistic exercises) in the training modules identified details in the body of thesis and tested the sample of seven tests process are : - 1. Test based front (Shnao).2. Test the three longitudinal stability.3. Test the offensive skills include : - test receipt? ending handling thoracic hands. test? receipt and high correction peacefully ended. test? receipt ending correction jumping (two points).4. Test Concentration enzyme Vosvukanez Creatine (CPK).5. Test concentration of the enzyme Glucose - 6 - phosphate Diyderugeniz (G6PDH).And dealt with means of statistical results through the application of appropriate statistical bag SPSS.Viewing the results , analyzed and discussed its : - Results were displayed, analyzed and discussed through the use of a number of statistical methods, with the researcher through to an evolution in fast power to players basketball as a result of the application of ballistic training exercises, which showed differences between tests before and after study which led to the development of performance skills of the players and increase the production of energy by increasing the enzymes responsible.Conclusions and recommendationsConclusions : - Based on the research objectives and hypotheses within the research sample and methodology used and the nature of the statistical methods used to analyze the results the researcher concluded the following : - 1. Exercise which used in the training has achieved the goals which set for it was the development of status, fast, and some offensive skills of the and a change in the concentration ratios of researched redox enzymes.2. The ballistic training exercises led to a significant increase in both the fast power of the muscles of the arms and legs between the pretest and post test.3. The ballistic training exercises led to a significant increase in the some of offensive skills in the post test than in pre - test.4. The structured training and ongoing, according to the nature of the specialized requirements of the activity has increased the activation or recruitment of fast muscle fiber contractile performance during physical effort.5. That ballistic training exercises increased the level of concentration of enzymatic oxidation and reduction discussed in the course of the effort from its level during the rest with high level in the post test than in pre - testing.Recommendations.1. Use and application of ballistic training exercises to improve physical performance and skills of basketball players.2. Interest in providing ballistic training devices.3. Recommend the application of ballistic training programs on different samples in terms of age and gender.4. The need to use new and ballistic exercises proposed in the development of sporting achievement and access to the highest level of physical integration in the preparation stage to reach a higher level of achievement and increase the thrill factor away from the boredom.5. Attention to the need to implement a training program with weights before starting the implementation of ballistic exercises.6. Work studies to the process of this training style on the skills of other assault and defensive skills in basketball, where it has an important role in improving the technical performance and thus complete the preparation of the players physically and in the skills side.7. Necessary biochemical tests for other enzymes serve the training process8. The need to use exercises close to the nature of the activity the practitioner because of their influence in the development of physical performance, talent, and improve the speed of motor skills.
