تناول البحث اربعة خدمات رئيسة هي " تجهيز الماء, الصرف الصحي, خدمة الكهرباء, وخدمة الهاتف السلكي (الارضي), لانها تاتي ضمن الاسبقية الاولى في حاجة الناس اليها وفي تاثيرها المباشر على حياتهم اليومية, وهدفت الدراسة ايضا الى تفحص واقع تلك الخدمات في مدينة الصد | The study was carried out on four main municipal services i.e., "water supply, sewerage, electricity service, and Wire phone service (Ground).
