Abstract:
ان علم السلوك التنظيمي يحاول ان يقدم اطارا لكيفية تفسير وتحليل السلوك الانساني، وذلك بغرض التنبؤ به مستقبلا والسيطرة عليه او التحكم فيه، ويتضمن السلوك بهذا المعنى كل ما يصدر عن الفرد من عمل حركي او تفكير او سلوك لغوي او مشاعر او انفعالات او ادراك، فهو يلعب دورا مهم في المواقف الادارية المختلفة والعمل على توجيه هذا السلوك في المخيمات الرياضية التي تقام وذلك لتحقيق بيئة عمل افضل. ومن خلال ذلك يتبين اهمية دراسة السلوك التنظيمي في ادارة المخيمات الكشفية والذي يسهم في الوقوف على مدى نجاح هذه المخيمات من خلال ادارتها ومن خلال سلوكها التنظيمي المتبع في العملية الادارية، ومن هنا تتجلى اهمية البحث عبر قياس السلوك التنظيمي في ادارة وتنظيم المخيمات الكشفية لمديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية. اما مشكلة البحث فكانت ان لكون وجود تفاوت بين الاداريين في اقامة المخيمات الكشفية وفي كيفية تنظيم اعمالهم قبل اقامة المخيم الكشفي او اثناءه او بعده ويتجلى هذا التفاوت في قدرتهم على التحكم في مجريات الامور التي يكون مردها كما يراه الباحث يعود الى السلوك التنظيمي للاداريين والذي يمثل مشكلة مهمة وحساسة للوصول الى تحقيق الاهداف المرسومة.وحلا لهذه المشكلة ارتاى الباحث دراستها من اجل قياس مستوى السلوك التنظيمي في ادارة وتنظيم هذه المخيمات والعمل على تحديد العوامل التي تساهم في تطوير هذه المخيمات بجميع نواحيها الادارية والتنظيمية.اما اهداف البحث فكانت. بناء وتطبيق مقياس للسلوك التنظيمي في ادارة المخيمات الكشفية للعاملين بالشعب الكشفية لمديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية. والتعرف على معدل تكرارات البدائل لجميع فقرات المقياس.استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب المسح وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة المشكلة وتالف مجتمع البحث من العاملين في مديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية (بغداد، بابل، واسط، المثنى، القادسية، النجف، كربلاء، ميسان، ذي قار، البصرة) والبالغ عددهم (105) اداريا، وقد بلغ عدد افراد العينة التي تم اختيارهم بالاسلوب العمدي (92) اداريا ويشكل هذا العدد مانسبته (87.6%) من المجتمع الاصلي للبحث. وتم اخذ (5) اداريين للتجربة الاستطلاعية وما يشكل نسبته (4.76%) ومن ثم تقسيمها الى عينة البناء (64) اداريا وهذا ما يشكل نسبته (60.95%) والى عينة التطبيق (23) اداريا وهذا ما يشكل نسبته (21.9%) من المجتمع الاصلي.ومنها توصل الباحث الى اهم الاستنتاجات.1. ان المقياس الحالي اداة للتعرف على السلوك التنظيمي في ادارة وتنظيم المخيمات الكشفية للعاملين بالشعب الكشفية في مديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية.2. حصلت اغلب الفقرات على تكرار عال في بدائل الاجابات. بينما كانت اهم التوصيات.1. ضرورة اعتماد المقياس لقياس السلوك التنظيمي في ادارة وتنظيم المخيمات الكشفية في مديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية.2. استقطاب الكوادر البشرية المتخصصة في ادارة وتنظيم المخيمات الكشفية وتوظيفها داخل الشعب الكشفية. | Be aware of organizational behavior is trying to provide a framework for how to interpret and analyze human behavior, in order to predict and control it or control it in the future, and includes behavior that sense every issue of the individual from the work of activist or thinking or linguistic behavior or feelings or emotions or perception,It plays an important role in various administrative positions and work on this behavior directed at sports camps that are held so as to achieve a better work environment. Through it shows the importance of the study of organizational behavior at Scout camps management, which contributes to stand on the success of these camps through the administration and through their behavior organizational practice in the management process, it is vitally important that search across the measurement of organizational behavior in the management and organization of Scout camps for Directorates sports activity the school in the central and southern regions. Or research problem was that the fact that there is no discrepancy between the administrators to establish Scout camps and in how to organize their work before, during or after the establishment of Scout Camp Nowhere is this disparity in their ability to control the course of events which is due as seen by the researcher returns to the organizational behavior of the administrators, which represents the problem is the phenomenon but important and sensitive to get to achieve the set objectives.The solution to this problem felt researcher studied in order to measure the level of organizational behavior in the management and organization of these camps and work to identify the factors that contribute to the development of these camps all administrative and organizational aspects.The objectives of the research were. Construction and application of a measure of organizational behavior in the management and organization of Scout camps to districts and school sports activity in the central and southern regions. And to identify alternatives for all occurrences of the paragraphs of the meter rate.Use researcher descriptive manner survey as it suits the nature of the problem and consisted of the research community workers in the departments of sports and school activities in the central and southern regions (Baghdad, Babil, Wasit, Muthanna, Qadisiyah, Najaf, Karbala, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Basra) totaling 183 , the number of respondents who were selected deliberate manner has reached 155 members and this number is a gain of (84.7%) of the original research community. It was taken (10) for the experience of the exploratory and what constitutes a rate of (6.45%) and then divided into the construction sample (95) and this is what constitutes a rate (61.3%) and a sample application (50) and this is what constitutes a rate (32.2%) of the original community.The researcher found them into the most important conclusions.The current scale tool to detect the level of organizational behavior in the departments of sports and school activities.
