Abstract:
يتناول البحث استعمال تقنية العجينة المصرية ( Egyptian Paste ) وخلطاتها ذات اللدونة المنخفضة في تشكيل بنى باحجام وابعاد واساليب مختلفة باستعمال خامات محلية وانتاج رائب زجاجي يطبق على الجسم الفخاري ضمن مدى حراري تتراوح بين ( 850 - 950مه).تم استعمال سبعة | This research deal with the technique of Egyptian Past and it's mixtures which have low viscosity in forming built in a different sizes ,dimension and styles by using local raws and produce slip glaze stack on the pottery body through temperatures between ( 950 - 850c ). We use seven local material included sand (Arzama) ,Cawolen (Dwelka),Calcium carbonate(AL - Jabha)Bentonite and unlocal material included Sodium carbonate ,Sodium bicarbonate, feldspar soda added in different ratio after sieving and grating and chemical analysis to determined the properties and the continent of materials added to five mixture managed from references and internet adjusted according to researches s' aims.We evaluated the results and select the sample of researches from the whole models depend on researches s' aims and we made several tests on the sample s' models such as plasticity test, efflorescence salt test, porosity,absorption , density , linear shrinkage ,hardness, scratch hardness of surface,the analysis chromatic , glaze surface topography , formula units.From tests we know that the rise of clay ratio to (30% - 45% ) increasing Plasticity and produce body in a different dimension and the rise of water percentage to a specific level produce slip glaze stuck on pottery body beside using of alternative feldspar made suitable results and the rise of Fusing material ratio led to reduce porosity , absorption , density increasing and forming bound body.and the mixtures s' glaze appear so opaque in spite of ratio of (R2O3 - RO2 ) produce transparency glaze. The reason of darkness is the adding of colored oxides (RO ) group to earthenware glaze beside silica percentage (Higher than the equilibrating ) and gasses resulting from reaction. The slip stationary on pottery body depended on paste texture and body pores ability to absorb liquid and salts which work after firing to fix slip on the body , and the appearance of glaze on surface depended on self glazing of mixtures s' contents and ratio of efflorescence salt weight which reach to surface , beside the heat s' effect on surface
