Abstract:
يعد الانفاق الصحي من العوامل الاساسية التي لها الدور الكبير في رفع مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية لما له من الاهمية الكبيرة في توفير ماتحتاجه المنظمات الصحية من اجهزة ومعدات وادوية ومستلزمات اخرى في اداء خدماتها الصحية الى المحتاجين لها.وتهدف الدراسة الى است | Health spending is a key factor in raising the quality of health services because it is of great importance in providing health organizations with the necessary equipment, equipment, medicines and other supplies to perform their health services to those in need.The study aims to review the structure of health expenditure, know the level of quality of health service, and determine the relationship between the size and structure of health expenditure at the level of quality of health service.This study is a retrospective study of the structure of health expenditure in the hospitals of the Department of Health Najaf for the period 2011 - 2015, through data extracted from hospitals and the Najaf Department of Health Najaf.In a correlation analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was used to measure the relationship between the two quantitative variables. A simple regression analysis was used in the tests to determine the effect of ( (Health service quality), and the Beta coefficient for the expected change in the dependent variable (QoS) due to the change in one unit of the independent variable (health expenditure) of Know the ability of the model to explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables.The study concluded that the level of quality of health service in all hospitals is very high for all years of study. This carries a very important conclusion. Either the hospital departments are 100% successful so that they invest all their resources properly. The quality assessment is wrong, especially that it is conducted by committees of the hospital itself. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the hospital departments are specialized in the management of hospitals and the adoption of indicators of maternal and infant mortality as an important indicator of quality of health service
