Abstract:
تحتل الاطالس الرقمية مكانة مميزة في عرض الخصائص الجغرافية بخرائط واشكال لما تملكه من عروض بصرية ومعلومات ذات فائدة علمية , ومواكبتها التطور التكنولوجي والعصري حيث جمعت بها بعض عناصر الملتميديا ووظائف نظم المعلومات الجغرافية كلها ضمن برنامج واحد في بيئة سهلة الاستخدام والتطبيق , وانتجت الدراسة اطلسا رقميا تطبيقيا على الهواتف المحمولة تظهر فيه خرائط رقمية للانشطة الاقتصادية لمحافظة بابل اضافة الى خرائط الخصائص الجغرافية وخرائط التحليلات لمنطقة الدراسة في عرض مميز وسهل الوصول من قبل الباحثين وصناع القرار ومرتبط بقواعد بيانات خاصة به بهدف تخزين وعرض واسترجاع تلك البيانات وصولا الى نظام معلوماتي يراعى الدقة والحداثة في البيانات , وبينت الدراسة امكانات محافظة بابل من الانشطة الاقتصادية الزراعية والصناعية والسياحية وطرق النقل والنشاط التجاري وعلاقة الخصائص الجغرافية بتحديدها وتطويرها , وبينت كذلك امكانية برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في اعداد قاعدة بيانات للظواهر الجغرافية ونمذجتها بهيئة رقمية بتوفير اساليب الية ومجموعة نظم وبرامج لادارة ومعالجة البيانات ذات المرجعية المكانية وغير مكانية التي يعتمد عليها للوصول الى القرارات المثلى باستخدام العمليات المنطقية لكشف العلاقات المكانية بين الظاهرات الجغرافية وبكفاءة عالية لتصبح الوسيلة المعاصرة للرقي في اسلوب المعالجة والتحليل المكاني ولتقيم الظواهر الجغرافية والتنبؤ بها لعمل اطلس رقمي ذي مرونة عالية توظف فيه دراسة الخصائص الاقتصادية لمحافظة بابل .واستنتجت الدراسة ان للااطالس الرقمية عروض بصرية عالية ومرونة في الاستخدام ومجالراحبا لتطبيق التمثيلات الكارتوكرافية ووسائله المحددة , وجزء من عرض الخرائط للظواهر الجغرافية .واوصت الدراسة باعداد اطلس رقمي وانتاجه وطني مرتبط بقواعد معلومات وطنية يكون ذا مرجعية لصناع القرار . | The digital atlases have a special place in the presentation of geographic characteristics with maps and forms of visual presentations, interesting information, and the complexity of technological and modern development, where some elements of multimedia and geographic information system functions were combined into one program in an easy - to - use environment. The study produced an applied digital atlas Mobile phones showing digital maps of the economic activities of the province of Babylon, in addition to maps of geographical characteristics and analysis maps of the study area in a special offer and easy access by researchers and decision makers and linked to databases of his own The study showed the potential of Babil province from the economic activities of agriculture, industry, tourism, transport methods, commercial activity and the relationship of geographical characteristics by identifying and developing them. It also showed the possibility of GIS programs in preparing and modeling a database of geographical phenomena In a digital format by providing automated methods, a set of systems and programs for the management and processing of spatial and non - spatial reference data, which depend on them to reach optimal decisions using logical processes to detect the Qat spatial between geographical phenomena and high efficiency to become a contemporary means of paper in the style of spatial analysis and processing and to assess the geographical phenomena and prediction of a digital atlas with high flexibility employs a study of the economic characteristics of the province of Babylon.The study concluded that digital atlases are high - quality visual displays, flexible to use, and a wide range for the application of cartographic representations and specific meansThe study recommended the preparation and production of a national digital Atlas that is linked to national databases that have reference to decision makers
