Abstract:
تبرز مشكلة الدراسة بشكل واضح من خلال القيد الذي يظهر في العملية التي تمثل نقطة اختناق (عنق الزجاجة) وتتعامل مع مزيج من المنتجات, وهنا تكمن الصعوبة في تحديد اي المنتجات تكون لها الاولوية في المعالجة على هذه الماكنة. لذلك يبرز دور واهمية نظرية القيود كاداة تساعد الادارة في اتخاذ قرار تخصيص الموارد النادرة على المنتجات, واختيار المزيج الافضل الذي يعظم الارباح في ضوء القيود التي تواجه المنظمة. وقد وقع اختيار الباحث على معمل النجف للالبسة الجاهزة لاختبار امكانية تطبيق هذه النظريه على مزيج من منتجاتها، ومقارنة نتائج هذا الاختبار مع نتائج الاسلوب المعتمد في المعمل لاختيار المزيج الافضل, مستعملا كلا من كميات الانتاج والارباح معيارين للمقارنة، اذ تتخذ الشركة قرارات المزيج الانتاجي الافضل في ظل المدخل التقليدي بالاعتماد على هامش المساهمة, اي انها تعطي الاولوية في الانتاج للمنتج الذي يحقق اعلى هامش مساهمة دون مراعاة الموارد المقيدة التي يمكن ان تستنفد على المنتج. وقد تم اعتماد منهج كمي للوقوف على جدوى استعمال نظرية القيود في اختيار مزيج المنتجات الافضل في المعمل محل الدراسة, وقد اجريت الدراسة لاحد عشر منتجواباستخدام اسلوب المحاكاة لعملية الطلب واوقات المراحل الانتاجية لكل منتج, وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من الاستنتاجات لعل من اهمها ان تطبيق نظرية القيود في اختيار مزيج المنتجات الافضل يمكن ان يؤدي الى تعظيم المخرجات وزيادة الارباح التي يتوقع تحقيقها من ادارة المعمل موقع الدراسة بالمقارنة مع الطريقة التقليدية المعمول بها في المعمل. | The study highlights the problem clearly through the the constraint that appears in the process that represents the point of suffocation (bottleneck) and dealing with a mix of products, and here lies the difficulty in determining which products will be a priority in the treatment on this machine. Therefore, the role and importance of the theory of constraints management as a tool to help in making a decision on the allocation of scarce resources, products, and choose the best mix that maximizes profits in light of the constraints faced by the organization. The choice of the researcher was Najaf factory for ready clothes to test the possibility of applying this theory on a mix of selected products, and compare the results of this test with the results of the method adopted by the Factory in selecting the best mix using all of the quantities of production and profits criteria for comparison, where the company takes the decisions of the best productive mix in the traditional entrance depending on the contribution margin they give priority in production to the product, which achieves the highest contribution margin without taking into account the Scarce resources that can deplete the product. Quantitative methodology has been adopted to determine the effectiveness of the Theory of Constraints in the selection of the best product mix in the under study factory. The study was conducted on eleven product using the method of simulation of the ordering process and times of the productivity stages of each product. The study reached a set of conclusions, mainly that the application of the Theory of Constraints in determining the best product mix maximize the output and increase the profits that can be achieved by the under study factory compared with the traditional method established by the factory.
