Abstract: Compounds of ferrimagnetic materials were prepared in this work in order to investigate and evaluate the microwaves absorption at X - band with the range of frequencies (8 - 12.5 GHz) and Ku - band with the range of frequencies (12.5 - 18 GHz). And the second band is used for the first time in Iraq.Conventional Ceramic techniques (the solid state reaction method) were used to prepare three compounds of spinel ferrite : Cu - Zn ferrite, with formula (Cu1 - xZnxFe2O4), Mg - Zn ferrite, with formula (Mg1 - xZnxFe2O4), and Ni - Zn ferrite, with formula (Ni1 - xZnxFe2O4) at values of x = (0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6), where x is the proportion of zinc in the ferrite, as bulk (54) samples of rectangle in dimensions (22.6*10*10 mm) within in X - band refine it to make its dimensions (15.5× 7.5×10) mm within in the Ku - band. The resonance peaks of three types of spinel ferrite appeared at the frequencies (9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17) GHz, and these peaks remain at the same frequencies with a different thickness for all types of ferrite, this indicates that the peaks are not related to thickness. For all samples it was found that the effect of increase the thickness and sintering temperature increased the values of attenuation and absorbance. And the best values of the absorbency were in the range of (Ku - band). The value of total transmission and the absorbance is 100% for sample of (Ni0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4) were the best values at (1050) °C then (14) GHz.The best results were obtained in this research, and the best values of absorbance and stability are (CuFe204, Cu0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4, Cu0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4,Cu0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4) that had been burned by (1000, 1050, 1100, 1050) respectively. These samples were range of (Ku - band). The best result was similarity in behaviour of absorbance for the sample (Mg0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4) at the range (X - band).X - ray diffraction results showed that the structure was polycrystalline for all samples and for all (X) values. The density of samples greatly depends on the temperature of sintering, witch increases proportionally with the temperature of the sintering
