Abstract:
يعد التحسين سلاحا ذو حدين يتعلق الاول بامكانيته في تخفيض وقت الانتاج وكلفته ويتمثل الاخر في المخاطر التي تواجهها المنظمة في حالة انخفاض مبيعاتها نتيجة لانخفاض الطاقات الانتاجية مما يؤدي الى ارتفاع كلفها .تناولت الدراسة مشكلة زيادة معدل دوران العمل وتقاوم المواد وانخفاض كمية الانتاج ، وتنبثق اهداف الدراسة من خلال تسليط الضوء على المؤشرات الحديثة في تحسين اداء العمليات في المنظمات وبما يزيد من الخصائص التشغيلية للمكائن والمعدات الانتاجية مما يؤدي لتحقيق الكلفة الادنى .تتجلى اهمية الدراسة بتقديم الاسس العملية التــي يمكن ان تستند اليها المصانع الانتاجية العراقية في تحسين اداء العمليات (Operations Performance Improvement ) ودراســة المشكلات التــي تنجــم عنــها بسبب قلـة الاهتمام بالاسبقيات التنافســية( ( Competitive Priorities واعتمادها من خلال استخدام البرامج اللازمة في الشركة العامة للصناعات الجلدية موقع البحث وتطبيق المؤشرات الكمية وامكانية تقديم الحلول المثلى .توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج منها ، ضرورة العناية بالصيانة الوقائية لتساعد على رفع معولية المكائن ومن ثم تقليص العطلات وانخفاض عدد ساعات التوقف مما يؤدي الى زيادة انتاجية المكائن ،وبالتالي زيادة الانتفاع من الطاقة المتاحة ويسهم في معالجة الاختناقات والوقت الفائض للتوصل لموازنة خطوط الانتاج بشكل كفوء مع الحفاظ على انسيابية العمليات الانتاجية وضمان عدم التوقف .اوصت الباحثة بضرورة تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية للمكائن الحالية من خلال الصيانة الكلية او الجزئية ، والعمل على تحديث المكائن المتقادمة بعد الاعتماد على مؤشرات تقويم عمليات الاستبدال والتحديث كذلك مواكبة التطور العالمي لتكنولوجيا الانتاج ومواكبة تطوير الموديلات ، واشراك العاملين بدورات تطويرية وتدريبية لرفع كفاءتهم من اجل تقليل مسببات التلف الحاصل في اجزاء المكائن والمواد نصف مصنعة والسيطرة على الفعاليات الانتاجية من البداية والتزام الشركة بالتحسين المستمر من اجل تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للشركة موقع بحث بالاضافة الى خفض تكاليف المنتوج النهائي مما يمكنها من البيع بسعر تنافسي او من خلال تميز منتجاتها بالجودة العالية والمتانة مما يحقق زيادة الطلب على منتوجاتها على حساب المنتجات المنافسة الاخرى . | Improvement is regarded as two - edges arms the first is related to the possibility of lessening the time and cost off production , and the other is reated to the risks facing the organization in case of low sales use to the lower productivity , that lead to the increase of cost,The study tackles the problem of increasing the average work rotation and resisting the materials and reduction of quantity of production the objectives of the study are derived through shedding light on the modern indicators in improving the operation performance in organizations , that will increase the operational properties of machinery and production equipments , Thus , the minimum cost will be reached ,The importance of he study lese in presenting scientific basis on which the Iraqi productive factories can be based in the improvement of operations performance , and studying the problems that might result from the lack of interest in competitive priorities and depending on the use of the required programs in the state Company for Leather Industries (the place of study ) , and apply the quantities indicators for obtaining the best solution ,The study came up to many results such as : the necessity of caring for the protective maintenance to help in raising the reliability of the machinery and then reduce the day - offs as well as reduce the hours of stopping ,That lead to the increase in the productivity of the machinery , and thus will increase the capacity and contribute to treating the blockages ad the surplus time for reaching into the balance of the flow of the production operation,The researcher recommends the necessity of improving the operational efficiency for the current machinery through the overall and partial maintenance , Also , she recommends to modernize the old machinery after relaying on the indicators of operational evaluative and modernization , In addition , she recommends Keeping up with the technological developments and the models , and insert the workers in developing training courses to raise their efficiencies in order to reduce the damage occurring due to the by - product materials and control the activities of production from the beginning , She stresses the obligation of the company to the continuous improvement in order to achieve the competitive characteristic of the company of the study , In addition to that , she recommends reducing the cost of final product and that would enable the company to buy in competitive prices , or through the high - quality and well - made products , that will achieve an increase in the demand on the products on the account of other products
