Abstract:
تعد الاختبارات والقياس الوسيلة التي نصل من خلالها الى ارقام تكون مؤشرا عن صفات الافراد طبقا لقواعد محددة تحديدا جيدا ، وتكمن اهمية البحث في توفير قاعدة للاختبارات والقياسات والتي من شانها اعطاء المؤشر الحقيقي عن قدرات المصارعين البدنية والوظيفية والقياسات الجسمية التي تكون اداة طيعة بيد المدرب والتي يتمكن من خلالها تحديد المصارع الافضل والاكثر قدرة على الارتقاء بالمستوى مما يحقق الانجازات العالية للعلبة .اما مشكلة البحث : تكمن في ان كثرى الاختبارات والقياسات التي تتوفر في ادبيات الاختبارات والقياسات للصفات سواء كانت بدنية او مهارية او وظيفية او جسمية ، سيما للصفات مجتمعة او منفردة تؤدي الى تشتيت جهود المدربين خاصة في حالة عدم الاخذ بالاختبارات والقياسات الافضل . استهدفت الدراسة : تحديد اهم المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية والقياسات الوظيفية والجسمية . تحديد اهم الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية والقياسات الوظيفية والجسمية لانتقاء اللاعبين فئة الناشئين باعمار ( 12 - 14 ) ســـــــنة في المركز الوطنـــــي لرعايــــة الموهبــــــــة الرياضـــــية للمصارعة في المنطقة الجنوبيـــة ( البصرة - ميسان ) . ايجاد معادلة التنبؤ بمستوى الاداء المهاري وفق نموذج الانحدار اللوجيستي .ايجاد معيار مرجعي لمعادلة التنبؤ اللوجيستي من اجل الانتقاء .شملت مجالات البحث : - المجال البشري : لاعبي المصارعة فئة الناشئين باعمار ( 12 - 14 ) سنة في المركز الوطني لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية للمصارعة في المنطقة الجنوبية (البصرة - ميسان )المجال الزماني : للفترة من 18/ 12 / 2014 ولغاية 1 / 4 / 2016المجال المكاني : مدسـتي المصارعة للمركز الوطني لرعايــــــــة الموهبة الرياضية في المنطقة الجنوبية (البصرة - ميسان)،مختبر الفسلجة والعلاج الطبيعي في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة البصرة استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب المسح وقد اختار الباحث عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية والتي شملت ( 60 ) مصارعا ناشئا في المدارس التخصصية لرعاية الموهبــــة الرياضية في المنطقــــــــة الجنوبية ( بصرة - ميسان ) ، فضلا عن الوسائل والاجهزة والادوات المستعملة في جمع المعلومات واجراءات البحث التنظيمية وبيان النسب المئوية التي حصل عليها الباحث للاختبارات والقياسات التي عرضت على الخبراء والمختصين ثم شرح تفصيلي للاختبارات والقياسات التي حصلت على نسبة القبول للبحث . بعد الحصول على النسب المئوية للاختبارات والقياسات وهي ( 75 % ) فاكثر طبقت الاختبارات والقياسات على عينة البحث والحصول على النتائج ، استعمل الباحث التحليل العاملي بطريقة المكونات الاساسية لهوتيلبخ لاستخلاص الاختبارات والقياسات الاكثر تشبعا ، ومن اجل تفسير النتائج المستخلصة لمصفوفة العوامل بعد التدوير وتسميتها اعتمدت طريق التدوير المتعامد ( Rotation orthogonal ) باســلوب الفاريمكـــس الذي قدمه كايــــــــزر الذي يرجح اختــــبار مصفــــــــــــــوفة العوامل الرئيــــسة ، اذ تم ترشــــيح ( 14 ) عاملا بدنيا و( 4 ) عوامل مهاريــــة و( 5 ) عوامل وظيفيـــــــة و( 5 ) عوامل جسمية ، وقد رشحت وعرضت وحللت ونوقشت وكذلك الحصول على الدرجات المعيارية ، ثم اوجدت المعادلة التنبؤية التي من خلالها تعرف على مستوى الاداء المهاري للاعبين من خلال نتائج تلك العوامل . وقد توصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات والتي من اهمها : - 1. ان المعادلة التي تم استخلاصها للتنبؤ بمستوى الاداء المهاري لها القدرة على التنبؤ بمستوى اللاعبين حسب امكانياتهم . 2. المعيار المرجعي الذي تم صيغ يمكن من خلاله تقييم الاداء المهاري للاعبين . اما اهم التوصيات فقد كانت : 1. الاهتمام بشكل كبير في استخدام الوسيلة العلمية والموضوعية في الانتقاء من قبل المدربين دون الاعتماد على التقويم الذاتي .2. اجراء دراسات واختبارات نفسية لرياضة المصارعة نظرا لما تتطلبه هذه اللعبة من ارادة وتحدي اثناء النزالات . | The test and measurement means by which we get from which to numbers are an indication of the qualities of individuals in accordance with well -
