Abstract:
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the end of the prophets and messengers to our propht Muhammad.AndAll his friends of the good and virtuous his family and companio - ns ,yet. This reseach aims to achieve a group of things which can be summarized as follows : 1 - state ment of the active role of the assue of visiting the graves of tutors in away that makes the life of communiy his death and his happiness connested by that issue 2 - Having the issue of expiation as adanerous phenomenon befony taseveral reasons with showing what considered as away of preventaon and fight at. 3 - prove that every speech regarding this issue get its own evidences that depend on the ,Its possible tastand on salah this speech of corruption through what is producd from data on reality as wellas the strength of evidence and weaknesses. 4 - To provide a true picture of the whole world what is happening in Iraq from the events during this stag. 5 - Audit events stage considering them asdata for the speech that is said regarding the issue of visiting the graves of tutors with blessing. So, the research plan consisted of anintroduction preapprehension and four chapters then aconclusion came as follows. Introduction : It has the reasons for his choice , and objectives of the research and the previons studies ,as wellas the difficulties that guided the research process, and also included a research methodology ,Methodoloyy and presentation of the material science and research plan. Preappre hension : It let you know the vocabulary address of the subject briefly Chapter one : which included the ruling of visiting the graves of Multiple destinution , is composed of three sections whene he addressed the first section its rule regarding the visitor. The second section dealt with the ruling on visiting graves through the coumteirfeiter. The third section : the ruling dealth visit the grares of the save point of the visit it self. Second section : It included the issue of expiation regarding the issue of visiting graves It is a dangerous phenomenon that torn the unity of Islamic nution.It is divided in two sections.The first one deals with the defenition of expiation and the principle that wahabi salufi doctrine dependson in doctring those who are against him in the assue of visiting the graves of tutors with blessing The situation of Islamic law con cerning the issue of expiation.As for the section two ,it deals with the reasons of this phenovenon that the islamic world suffers from generally and Iraq specially as wellas the best wauys of prevemtvon of this dangerous plasphepe. Third section : It included the dafa of with blessings with the level of blur the riyhts of sons of Iraq is composed of two sections dealt with the first blur the sons of Iraq hevitage and through the two demands , represent the first heritage. Fourth section : It included data visit the graves of tutors regarding suppression the sons of Iraq heritage or maintain it.It contains two demands the first one is the suppression the sons of Iraq heritage while the other one is the maintanance the sons of Iraq heritage. Conclusion : which included the most important findings and resommendations that have been out of the search.
