Abstract:
This study has aimed to focus on the development roles of the young in strengthening the social security , as it is considered one of the ley and fundamental basis in the process of developing the young in the society. In the frame of research those variables, the study raised a series of questions, probably the most important : 1 - Is there a relationship between unemployment of the young and the social security?2 - Is there a relationship between the level of education for the young and the social security?3 - Is there a relationship between the customs and traditions of the young and the social security?4 - Is there a relationship between the young sense of citizenship and social security?5 - Does the young carry out developmental roles so as to achieve stability and social security?The very importance of this study has concentrated and focused on the knowledge of the young role in the promotion of social security at higher education institutions in the city of Baghdad, the study has aimed to realize several objectives, including : 1 - Determining and Identifying the relationship between unemployed young and social security.2 - Determining and Identifying the relationship between the level of education for young people and the social security.3 - Determining and identifying the interacting relationship between the customs and traditions of the young and social security4 - Recognizing the relationship between the young people sense of citizenship and social security.5 - To identify the roles of the young and social security.Field side of the study highlighted on a sample of the young (male - female) from the fourth grade in the State University Education / in Baghdad, they were (300) young persons selected as randomly sample probabilistic , as the study depended on a set of statistical methods to achieve the objectives of this study.The most significant results of the study are as following : 1 - Obviously , that the vast majority of members of the sample (85.7%) agree that the State is capable of solving the unemployment problem.2 - The data have showed that three - quarters of the sample (79.7) % asserting that young people need someone to protect them from the poverty of capabilities for the purpose of achieving Social Security.3 - Notes , as well , from the data that were included contained in the study that three - quarters of respondents (74.0%) believe that opening up global impact on the political consciousness of young citizens.The most important recommendations of the study are : 1 - Iraq on the outskirts of the demographic donation and should take advantage of it in determining the strategy and has to raise enrollment rates and the levels , then must plan and improve its productivity to create the occupancy status of the population.2 - The study , on other hand , has showed important role which will be played in the future if the employment and investment will be done and their development and integration will be achieved.3 - Adaptation the idea of small and medium enterprises which are considered one of the most good mechanisms to cope with the problems of unemployment in the Arab world through what is provided by the new employment for young people.4 - The necessity and the need to adopt and implement appropriate Arab human development programs implemented over the long term, that which improve the levels of education, health, housingand social welfare.
