Abstract:
يعد الاقتصاد الاسلامي من الانظمة الاقتصادية المهمة في العالم وذلك بتشريعاته الخاصة به ولا يمكن ان يتضمن الاقتصاد الاسلامي اي تشريع ما لم يكن له مقصد يحقق له اهداف للوصول الى المبتغى، وغاية التشريعات الاقتصادية هي تحقيق جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد، وان السياس | Islamic economy considers one of important economic systems in the world by its special legislations and the Islamic economy can not include any legislation if not has intention with goals to reach to aim and the economic legislations are to achieve interests and combat bad. Firm economic policy for any country like the Islamic world form from whole idea about niverse, life and necessity to meet basic needs total satisfaction in order to maintain life of each man.For all above mentioned, my concern push me to show goals of the Islamic economy and also show the economic development and find solutions for many economic problems that represented by inflation, economic follow up, poverty , and unemployment by using policy of economic development represented by development land , doing with life activities of farming , trading , manufacturing , viability of services , establishment of state with big responsibility in achieving the social justice in distributing incomes and providing seek for expanding living and equity among all individuals to open the way in front of everyone for taking enough wealth to lead people towards prosperity. This study of economic goals in the Islamic thinking includes four chapters : The preliminary Research : determines meanings of subject, I included in it the first research : goals definitions and pretexts, while the first chapter : Islamic economy principles. The second chapter : is the social justice, its legislation and goals in Islamic thinking. The third chapter : distribution justice and its goals in the Islamic thinking. Fourth chapter : the economic development and its goals in Islamic thinking. From this extensive study, we reached to firm facts, these facts are : - It have shown that exploitation goals in the Islamic economy is to prepare requirements of farming land total farming to enable people from living , resources are gifts of Great God in the nature and can convert them to useful wealth enjoyed them creatures such as agricultural, marine and mining resources, in the rocks of land and also other resources in land not discovered or not yet convert to wealth. - It appeared that successor process in the Islamic economy have many goals like represented in the actual doing in farming land and this open several aspects for earning also achieving the general and special interests that make man live free in choosing work and not expenditure in the resources that lead to encourage on investment and using them in the time of need. - It have been shown that special possesses is interested and preparation methods to satisfy them in desire for possessing by individual possesses to drive man to gain, re - constructing and used them in time of need. - Firm economy freedom have many goals such as equity of opportunity and indiscrimination among people and this lead to prevent exploitation man to his brother also variety in property that lead to prosperity economy by variety of their sources and types and solving the economic problem like inflation because this solving and preventing phenomenon of in Cash Market because it lead to loss right properties and rights. - Goals of distribution justice is the fair distribution for wealth that lead to maintain wealth, economic and human resources, and safeguard them by providing security, safety and work. - It appeared that economic developments have several goals like human development because cannot be development without man feel that he has the active role in achieving them , he is the mean and aim that their goals are solving under development by way of domination knowledge and science and interested in development the educational system and availability health care for all people by suitable hygienic housing for social and environmental conditions that providing and maintain the social entity for family
