Abstract:
The form of virginal love at the Umayyad period was a phenomenonin the old Arab poetic heritage, As a result of the importance of thisphenomenon,the desire to study such a topic grammatically has increasedon the lips of group of poets as "Jameel Buthaina , Kuthair Azza , thecrazy of Layla, Qais bin Almulawah , Edwah bin Hizam , Erwa binOthayna, Tuba bin al - Himyer, aL - Sumah Qushayri , Layla al - Akhyaliyya " all of that under the title " Disciples in the poets' poetry ofvirginal love " so , the reason that why we chose such a subject is : It was my desire to write a thesis about syntax of Arabic that is aregarded as the base of the language , as well as that such a topic achievescommunication and relation between the literary text and syntax ofArabic.Knowledge of grammatical meanings of each of(adjective, conjunction,emphasis and allowance) the original aim of that is the meaning that somecoveted after these poets through a technique that invented to express whatis in their mind ,emotions running highly, calling for great love, describingthe love , flames of love stung or burned by their hearts.As the nature of the research has necessitated that the study comes inthree chapters led by an introduction and followed by a preface endingwith Conclusion. As the preface displays (definition of virginity inlanguage and idiomatically, the emergence of virginal love andcharacteristics of virginal poet.AWhereas first chapter displays ( meaning of epithet as in language and idiomatically, and the factor in the adjective, the implications of the adjective and other issues pertaining to the adjective cannot be mentioned because of the large details.The second chapter , about conjunction , is divided into two parts : the first : conjunction of lines(in which the conjunctions has been produced, their meanings and uses, while the second part dealt with the subject of the conjunction of statement and its relationship to the conjunction of allowance.Whereas the third chapter is divided into two parts ; the first is about (emphasis) and the second (allowance). Emphasis and allowance had been made in one part because of the shortage of poetic evidences that concerned the virginal love at the Umayyad period . Then followed by a summary of the main results of the study.
