تضمنت الدراسة تاثير المستخلصات النباتية لاذان الصخلة Plantago lanceolata L. والعفص . Thuja orientalis Lعلى العزلات البكتيرية المتضمنة S. aureus وPse. aeruginosa وcoli, K. spp. E. . شخصت العزلات مظهريا وزرعيا وحسب الاختبارات الكيموحيوية . ابدت معظم العزلات تحسسا لمضادات Imipenean ,Aztreonam , Gentamycin وبنسبة 100% ومقاومة لمضادي Cephalothin , Carbencillin بنسبة 100% . اظهرت الدراسة ان للمستخلص المائي البارد لنبات اذان الصخلة تاثيرا معنويا عند تركيز 120 ملغم / مل ضد كل من عزلات بكتيريا S. aureus وPs. aeruginosa وE. coli وباقطار تثبيط 9.0 ,9.66 , 6.0 ملم وعلى التوالي , فيما ازداد تاثير المستخلص بزيادة تركيز المستخلص الى 480 ملغم/ مل . كذلك بينت النتائج فروقا معنوية لتاثير المستخلص الكحولي وعند التراكيز120 , 480 ملغم/ مل ضد جميع العزلات البكتيرية . اظهرت النتائج ان للمستخلص المائي البارد لنبات العفص تاثيرا معنويا عند تركيز 120 ملغم/مل ضد كل من عزلات بكتيريا S. aureus وPs. aeruginosa وE. coli, فيما ازداد تاثير المستخلص معنويا بزيادة تركيز المستخلص الى 480 ملغم/ مل . كذلك وضحت النتائج فروقا معنوية مشابهة لتاثير المستخلص الكحولي على البكتيريا المعزولة وعند التراكيز 120 , 480 ملغم/ مل . يمكن ان يعود تاثير المستخلصات النباتية على البكتيريا المعزولة الى احتواء المستخلصات المدروسة على معظم المركبات الفعالة التي تم الكشف عنها . | The study included the effect of plant extract for Plantago lanceolata L. and Thuja orientalis L. on bacterial isolates which included : S.aureus , Ps. aeruginosa , K. spp. and E.coli. The isolated bacteria were identified a ccording to cultural , morphological and biochemical testes . The majority of isolates were sensitive to Aztreonam , Gentamycin and Imipenean 100% , but they were resistant to Cephalothin and Carbencillin 100% . The study revealed asignificant effect of Plantago lanceolata L. cold water extract at the concentration 120 mg/ ml against each isolates of S. aureus , Ps. aeruginosa and E.coli with inhibition zone 9.0 , 9.99 , 6.0 mm respectively , whil the effect increased when the concentration increased to 480 mg / ml . Also the results showed a significant effect of alcoholic extract at the concentration 120 and 480 mg /ml aganist isolated bacteria . The result revealed a significant effect of Thuja orientalis L. cold water extract at the concentration 120 mg /ml aganist each isolates of S. aureus , Ps. aeruginosa and E.coli , while the effect were increased significantly when the concentration increased to 480 mg /ml .Also the result showed a significant effect for alcoholic extract on the isolated bacteria at the concentration 120 , 480 mg /ml . The action of plant extract on bacterial isolates may be due to the presence of active compounds in the studies extract whic were explored .
