Abstract:
The research study urban residential structure of the city is an important aspect of the planning study areas for housing , as local housing standards on the basis that the adoption of appropriate residential structure functioning as a good record and blamed the demands and needs of the population. These requirements and needs , which increased for the time being largely a result of changes large and rapid shifts in the various aspects of life. It needs to pay attention to urban planning in general and residential areas in particular. And so I took the study of the use of central importance in the economic and social life. It based on that built the research problem , which is to come residential shops in the city of Muqdadiyah is characterized by the absence of a clear vision on the extent of adoption of the bases and It can't apply of housing criteria when planning and implementing schemes such shops, so was assumed find the use of different land planning as best in terms of spaces and locations and the adoption of the bases and housing standards in planning , contributing to find appropriate housing structure for housing and distribution of a fair and efficient services.
