Abstract:
يمثل الموروث الشعبي اهم اشكال الثقافة الحياتية ومرجعية لطقوس وحراك ويمكن توصيفه بالذاكرة المعرفية المتمركزة على ما تنتجه المخيلة الانسانية في صراعها المستمر عبر المراحل التاريخية المختلفة ولا يمكن لاي شعب ان ينفصل عن تاريخه وممارساته التلقائية والتي تعكس | The popular heritage represents the most important forms of life culture and a reference of rituals and motion. It can be characterized with the cognitive memory centered on what the human imagination produces in its continuous struggle across different historical stages. No people can be separated from its history and its spontaneous practices which reflect its attitudes and awareness. What manifestations and expressions the events distinguish promote the thinking level and the characteristics of each people or human group. Because the popular heritage includes deep human experiments, it holds decisively a living and existential essence motivating many artists whether in Iraq or in other world states to turn to invest the data and values he distinguishes. It is easy to transform the social facts to artistic visions, especially TV drama works, besides the marriage between the heritage and TV reflects the fact that the popular polarization size of the little screen made the reception characterized with this extensiveness in that the serials or drama works grew addressing the popular memory towards employing what is common and deep rooted in the collective social mind. Hence, the researcher submitted her topic entitled (The Directing Treatment of the Popular Heritage in Iraq Television Drama) within the light of five chapter as the following : In chapter one (the Methodological Frame), the researcher identified the research problem manifested in the following question : What are direction styles of popular heritage in Iraqi TV drama? then comes the research significance which was obvious from the significance of the topic (popular heritage), since the directing treatments of the popular heritage topics require standing long at them for it is one of the topics that documents a nation life through reformulate its history in a TV drama work. This matter makes it of an obvious importance in searching it in order to provide the chance for the one who works in the field of direction to stand at the potentialities and merits of the works treating the popular heritage as well as to provide a search reference for the followers and readers to get what is within its contents, in addition to the advantage given to the critics, authors and directors who work in TV drama and the advantage goes to the students of the College and the Institute of Fine Arts. As to the research aim, it was in exposing the directing treatment of popular heritage in Iraqi TV drama. Chapter two (The Theoretical Frame and Previous Studies) included five sections as follows : 1 - Section one : The Popular Heritage - The Origin and Concept. 2 - Section Two : The Elements of Popular Heritage and Their Employment. 3 - Section Three : Employing the Popular Heritage in Iraqi TV drama. 4 - Section Four : The Directing Treatment of Popular Heritage Topics. 5 - Section Five : Glimpses of Addressing the Popular Heritage in Some Works. The indicators of the theoretical frame distinguished some results dealing with the directing treatment nature of popular heritage in Iraqi TV drama. As to previous studies and after studying and searching, the researcher found a master study in the library of the College of Fine Arts for the student Adnan Mizhir Lafta entitled (the Cinematic Formulation of Superstitious Story in the Narrative Movie 2004). In chapter three (Research Procedures), the researcher dealt with the research method where she took the descriptive method which fits the research nature. While the instrument was concerned with the elements of the popular heritage and how to employ them as well as the expressing elements which contribute in embodying the popular heritage. The researcher took the scenes as a main unit in analyzing the sample in that she took the research samples purposively which contain the popular heritage essence represented in several samples mentioned with details. Chapter four addressed the analysis of samples. Chapter five (Results and Their Discussion) covered a detailed display of the results arrived at by the researcher where some customs and traditions were shown in most drama works addressed in the research, in that the directors asserted running after the details of traditions and heritage glimpses clearly as well as the popular songs were embodied with all it could turn us to their reality, so the instruments like the Joza and Khishba and singing the squares (Muraba'at) necessitated that there should be a privacy when directing them. Thus, they were discussed and then the conclusions came out, the most important of which are quoting some international works (as popular heritage) and reflecting them on our heritage where the features and characters are changed in a way simulates the Iraqi traditions which makes the director subject to the original text in the treatment process. Afterwards came the recommendations and suggestions matching the research aims. Finally, the researched adopted several suggestions for future topics.
