Abstract:
ان البيئة المعاصر التي تحيط بالمنظمات مليئة بالعديد من المتغيرات السريعة التي اصبحت تشكل تحديات وضغوطا عليها تستوجب ضرورة الاستجابة لمواجهة التغيرات التي من ابرزها عالمية الاعمال وازدياد حدة المنافسة، والتقدم التكنلوجي، والتوجه نحو الزبون. لذلك تتمحور | surround contemporary environmental organizations in many of the rapid changes that have become present challenges and require pressure on them the need to respond to cope with the changes of global business, most notably the increased competition, and technological progress, and customer orientation. Therefore centered research problem of the need permanent research by organizations for new ways to improve the quality of its products through tasks performance using modern systems of computer - aided process planning as a competitive weapon of the organization. The research shows role of the computer Aide process planning system based on neural networks to improving the quality of parts for rotary products in the General Company for Electrical Industries.. It was the used of neural network models adopted a multi - layered and reverse propagation algorithm and several times while training for access to a lower value of the error as possible and get the best model for the networks. Where was the use of two neural networks working to determine the appropriate machinery for the process of manufacturing the required tools and appropriate pieces to those machines, which specializes in the production of rotating parts. It has been selected a sample of the internal parts of the company's products to be room for application of research and work to improve their quality. One of the main conclusions reached by is the active role played by the artificial neural networks in raising the efficiency of CAPP system which is reflected and directly improve quality of products in terms of reduction of costs , time required for the production and reduce the need for large experience that this function required and other benefits that contribute to increase the company's ability to face competition in the market.
