تعد رفعة الخطف ايدى الرفعات النظامية التي يتطلب مجهودا كبير في القدرات البدنية والمهارية وبشكل عالي جدا، ولا يخفى علينا بان تحقيق الانجاز ياتي من خ ل رفع مستوى عناصر القوة الخاصة وتحسين مستوى الاداء المهاري والفني للمسار الحركي برفعة الخطف والتي تتمي | Developing achievement is related to special strength from one aspect , and related to necessary lifts or leaning for motor stream of weight column in the lift. Also, relating to correcting mistakes of motor stream. this is done by varying the exrcises ( related to special performance of the activity ) and training lifts by various training styles prepared for developing special strength that is suitable for performance speciality.AimsThe study aims at : 1 - knowing the effect of lifting weight using forced reps and pyramid training style in developing special power and movement stream of the lifts and performing snatch lift for professionals 2 - the diffrences between the forced reps style and pyramid training style in developing the special power and movement stream of lifts and performing snatch lift by professionalsThe study used the trail method for it is suitable for the study. the subjects are weight lifters from Babylon. ( 7 ) of them belongs to clubs containing ( 18 ) weight lifters deliberately chosen. they are ( 8 ) persons , they belong to Almadhatya and Alhashimya clubs. they have been divided in to two groups.Using statistical method to make harmony between them the study employs the special power tests and vedio recording to conclude the changes in movement stream of the lift. - the training programme has been put by the researcher and applied on the subjects for ( 10 ) weeks , divided in to three units per week , the first group used lifts by the forced reps style , the second used the training pyramid style.At the end three was post - test on the same conditions of the pre - test. Results concluded statistically by ( spss ) programme.Conclusions1 - employing lifts by using forced reps style and training pyramids has positive effect to develop special power and snatch lift.2 - employing lift has positive effect to develop movement stream of the lift.3 - there are no great differences of the lifts between the forced reps style and pyramid training style in developing the movement stream. they are just appearances
