Abstract: الباب الاول : (التعريف بالبحث)تضمن التعريف بالبحث واهميته، اذ تطرق الباحث الى مرحلة الطفولة وعدها مرحلة مهمة في حياة الانسان وضرورة الاهتمام بهذه المرحلة، وان اللعب مدخل للطفل عن طريقه نقرا افكار الطفل، كما تطرق الى اهمية الجانب الحركي والاشكال الحركية | The aims of this research were to c a conduct a competitive playing program to improve some of the basic motor abilities (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) for preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years, As well as to identify the impact of competitive play in improving some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.The researcher proposed that statistically there is significant difference between pre and post tests for the two groups experimental and control in some way to improve the motor abilities, (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.The study sample consisted of 36 children from White Rose and Moonlight kindergarten age (5 - 6) years. And the experiment carried out on 5/6/2011 till 15/8/2011, the sample was divided into two groups experimental and control, the two group were tested before and after the two groups went under a competitive playing program, and the two tested manipulated statistically.The researcher mentioned in theoretical section several topics including the concept of play, it's kinds, and competitive play concept, as well as the some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.After the results presented and discussed the research found the following conclusions : 1 - The two programs competitive playing and Ministry of Education methodology had positive impact in proving some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.2 - Competitive playing program that proposed by the researcher, had well impact on the way to improve some basic motor abilities such as (running, hoping, jumping and throwing) preliminary children aged (5 - 6) years.The researcher suggested some recommendations, including : 1 - Implementing competitive play program within the curriculum of the Ministry of Education curriculum limiting its impact on improving some basic abilities.2 - Developing some basic motor abilities have it's benefit on the child's life, namely, the future of basic motor abilities.
