Abstract:
ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الاهداف تم تحدي | The importance of the study lies in conducting a fill range scan for physical fitness tests to identify their validity as well as designing or adjusting some of them to find their criteria for students of the ages 13 - 18 years. The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (1296) students from all schools in the second Resafa and Khurkh districts. The tests were conducted according to a questionnaire applied on experts in this field. Twelve physical tests were selected. The data was treated using proper statistical methods like LSD to identify individual significances. The researcher concluded the following : 1. designing physical fitness tests for students of the ages 13 - 18 years old involved conducting many tests like wide jump to test the explosive power of the legs, throwing medicine ball from standing position to test the explosive power of the arms, throwing a medicine ball from seated position to tests the explosive power of the arms, throwing medicine ball with one hand to test the explosive power of one arm, lifting the legs high from lay position to tests strength defined by speed of the legs, push ups to test the strength defined by speed of the arms. 2. Standardizing the tests of this study for students of the ages 13 - 18 years oldFinally the researcher recommended using the following tests to evaluate students of the ages 13 - 18 years as well as renewing these criteria every 4 - 5 years to suit the changing developments in this field
