Abstract:
ان البحث الحالي الذي اهتم بالافصاح عن الذات وعلاقته بمهارات التواصل الاجتماعي. هدف الى تعرف : 1 - قياس الافصاح عن الذات لدى طلبة جامعة بابل.2 - الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في الافصاح عن الذات على وفق متغيري الجنس والتخصص.3 - قياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة جامعة بابل.4 - الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستوى مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي على وفق متغيري الجنس والتخصص.5 - العلاقة الارتباطية بين الافصاح عن الذات ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة جامعة بابل. وتالف مجتمع البحث من (20377) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة بابل من الكليات الانسانية والعلمية. اما عينته فتكونت من (407) طالبا وطالبة، من طلبة جامعة بابل. تم اختـــــــــيارهم بالطــــــــــــــــريقة العشوائية الطبقية ذات التـــــــــــوزيع المتناسب بواقع (163) من الذكور، (244) من الاناث. وبواقع (195) من الكليات العلمية، و(212) من الكليات الانسانية. ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث تبنى الباحث مقياس جورارد للافصاح عن الذات المعرب والمكيف على البيئة العراقية من قبل جاسم(1994). وقام الباحث بتعريب وتكييف مقياس ريجيو ((Riggio,1986 لمهارات التواصل الاجتماعي اللفظية وغير اللفظية للبيئة العراقية. وتم التحقق من القوة التميزية لفقراتهما بطريقتي الاتساق الداخلي، والمجموعتين المتطرفتين. كما تم وايجاد صدقهما الظاهري وصدق البناء. وايجاد ثباتهما بطريقتي الفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية بالنسبة لمقياس الافصاح عن الذات وبطريقتي الفا كرونباخ واعادة الاختبار بالنسبة لمقياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي. وتوصل البحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1 - انخفاض مستوى الافصاح عن الذات لدى طلبة جامعة بابل.2 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى الافصاح عن الذات على وفق متغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على وفق متغير التخصص (العلمي، الانساني) عند مستوى (0.05).3 - ارتفاع مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة جامعة بابل عند مستوى دلالة (0,05).4 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور، اناث) ولصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على وفق متغير التخصص(العلمي، الانساني) عند مستوى دلالة (0,05).5 - وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة احصائية بين الافصاح عن الذات ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي، عند مستوى (0.05).وخرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها : - ينبغي على الجامعات العراقية عند اعدادها لقادة المستقبل التركيز على امتلاكهم للمهارات العقلية والاجتماعية على حد سواء وتمتعهم بالشخصية السليمة - تضمين مادة التواصل ومهاراته في المناهج الدراسية الثانوية والجامعية لما لها من دور في حياة الطلبة العلمية، والمهنية. - اجراء دراسة عرضية تتبع مستوى كل من الافصاح عن الذات ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر مراحل الدراسة الجامعية | The current research interest to disclose the self and its correlation to the social networking skills. Goal to know : 1. The existence of a good level of students at the University of Babylon social communication skills at the level of significance (0.05).4. There were statistically significant differences in the level of social communication skills, according to the variable sex (male, female) and in favor of males, and the lack of statistically significant differences on the variable according to specialization (scientific, humanitarian) when the level of significance (0.05)5.
