Abstract:
The study aimed to : 1 - Preparation of exercises for the concurrent training mechanism breathing model and various devices.2 - To recognize the effect of concurrent training exercises on the Arcomiter according to the typical breathing mechanism in some biochemical variables.3 - To identify the effect of concurrent training exercises on the Arcomiter according to the typical breathing mechanism on endurance.4 - To identify the effect of concurrent training exercises on the Arcomiter according to the breathing mechanism model on the achievement of 2000 m youth rowing.164The researcher used the experimental method in the system of the two control and experimental groups to suit the problem. The sample included the players of the national youth team. The researcher used five tests and 11 biochemistry variables to analyze the results that support the research work. On the presentation, analysis and discussion of the results of tests and analysis of variables and the most important results and conclusions reached by the researcher are : 1 - The use of the concurrent training program has improved the physical and skill capabilities, which affected the biochemical changes by improving the performance time for the tests of speed (1000 m, 500 m) and carrying power (12) minutes.2 - improvement in performance at the level of the total time of the node due to improved motor performance of the corners of the trunk and knee.3 - improved position of the corner of the facility has improved the technique of movement of arms and reduce the time taken to perform a single paddle.
