Abstract:
In 1957, it witnessed a turning point in the march of the Al - Ahram newspaper, which flourished and developed during the period in which the writer and journalist Mohamed Hassanein was the editor - in - chief and became one of the most advanced newspapers in the world. The Iraqi - Kuwaiti relations (1961 - 1990) were characterized by recurrent crises as well as successive governments' claims in the royal era (1921 - 1958) for historical claims of Kuwait's right. The two countries entered into a cycle of futile negotiations.
