Abstract: The research tagged : "Iraqi women problems in the Islamic thought from 2003 to 2013," in which highlighted the Iraqi problems of women in which they represent half of the society and the mother of other half as these problems are not related to women only, but shed a threat to social entity and put it in front of the immediate and future challenges, their effects do not lies on women only but also lies on their children and families, it has taken the problems faced by Iraqi women to worsen in the current phase, and is the cause of these problems, which is the status quo because of the wars and the deteriorating security situation and the spread of violence in the community and increase the danger day after day and the presence of a large opening between Iraq and betweencommunities openness bad and not positive, and showed the message that social pressure on Iraqi women may be old pressures because of the former regime's policy but still bullish on the social level, while some appeared on the surface after arent the security situation in Iraq, as economic conditions have affected the status of Iraqi women and leave the psychological repercussions bad that limited the practice of Iraqi women for their role in society and the enjoyment of their rights, and came this letter to clarify many of the misconceptions about the image of women in Islamic eras thriving, and take advantage of the Islamic religion to develop treatments for these problems and to correct the notion that Islam factors which led to the deterioration of the situation of Muslim women.
