Abstract: This chapter included the introduction and importance of the study . The research emphasis at role of science testes and measurement as well as other sports science at the possibility of objective appraisal of both physical skills and psychological aspects . The importance of the study is to design ( physical - motor intelligence ) and identify the specific measure some physical and motor - skills, abilities of basketball players, teams of education (16 - 17) years to determine the standard levels and try performance skills offensive and defensive basketball psychological - physical aspects .The problem of the study was ignoring the clear scientific formula in the selection processes and reliance on observation and the weakness of interesting select the relevant standard levels tests of physical - motor intelligence and physical - motor - skills, abilities .The study aimed at : 1 - Identify the level of physical - motor intelligence and some physical - motor - skills, abilities for educational basketball teams, players .2 - Determining standard levels of the tests, results .3 - Put a specimen personal evaluation of the players .4 - Find out the relation between the independent variables and between the dependent variables as a whole in using canonical correlation .CChapter two ( Review of Literature ) : This chapter included the theoretical and earlier studies related with variables research .Chapter three ( Procedures ) : It included a research methodology and procedures . the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey style and relations of mutual connectivity . the sample of the study were (80) players .Chapter four ( Display of Results ) : The results were analyzed , discussed of the variables studies , that which has been reached to achieve the objectives of the research .Chapter Five ( Conclusions  Recommendations ) : The researcher came up with the most important conclusions : 1 - It has been reached to standardizing measurement physical - motor intelligence of the basketball players teams of education (16 - 17) years and grading levels and its own standard .2 - Reached to identify some of the special physical - motor - skills abilities of the sample of the study and the tests have characterized the scientific methods .3 - The researcher has been reached to determine grads and standardized levels of the samples research in all tests with variables research .4 - There is a significant relation between (physical - motor abilities , physical - motor intelligence) and (skills, variables) as a whole .5 - The independent variables passed in explaining (19.1841) percentage of the total variation in the skills, variables .
