استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : ? التهكم السياسي لدى افراد عينة البحث ( اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة ومدرسو الاعدادية والمعلمين).? دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في التهكم السياسي لدى افراد عينة البحث ( اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة ومدرسو الاعدادية وا | The current research aims at cognit on : - The political cynicism for the individuals of the research sample (members of the teaching staff in university, teachers in secondary schools and instructors). - Indication of the statistical differences in the political cynicism for the individuals of the research sample (members of the teaching staff in university, teachers in secondary schools and instructors)according to the following variables : (kind - age - specialization - function). - Belief in the conspiracy theory for the individuals of the research sample (members of the teaching staff in university, teachers in secondary schools and instructors). - Indication of the statistical differences of believing in the conspiracy theory for the individuals of the research sample (members of the teaching staff in university, teachers in secondary schools and instructors) according to the following variables (kind - age - socialization - function). - Differences in the political cynicism according to the levels of believing in conspiracy theory (high - middle - low).The researcher has shown a group of differences for the two variables and concluded after that to put his own special definition to the political cynicism "the individual's negative beliefs towards the government - politicians or the political order in general", based on an arrangement of experiences and information with negative implications which express the weakness of the political confidence ,the negative assessment of the political performance and to direct towards abstention from political participation.He also put his own a special definition for the belief in the conspiracy theory which is " the individual's explanation for the events and the unusual situations which happen within his surrounding and controlling on his cognitive system and he sees that they are related with each other in a way involves the idea of the secret planning by a group or certain parties to achieve an aim or a hidden illegal or harmful aims accompanied with beliefs that may exist altogether or singularly for (the individual) as being exposed to oppression ,internal exhaustion for the society ,the external targeting and the secret controlling of the events in addition to the disability of the conscious".The research has put two definitions for the two variables depending on the thoughts which were mentioned within the theoretical frame for the two variables in addition to the varied thoughts which were brought by the previous definitions for the two variables.The researcher has also shown a group of theoretical trends which dealt with the two variables of the study and concluded after discussing them to adopt the cognitive curve which contained the theories of (Cognitive Balance Theory ,Heider 1944, Congruity Theory ,Charles.I.Osgood& Percy Tannenbaum ,1955 ,Affective Cognitive - Consistency Theory whci were developed by Rosenberg& Abelson in 1956 ,in addition to Cognitive Dissonance the theory which was put by Leon Festinger in 1957 as a theoretical frame used to explain the two variables.The current study consisted of (25444)individuals represent the members of the teaching staff in Baghdad University ,teachers in secondary schools and the instructors of the primary schools in Baghdad from both genders for the year (2015 - 2016).The researcher used (the random class way with equal distribution) in choosing the sample ,where the sample of the current research was (450 ) individuals were distributed equally among the teaching staff in the university and the teachers and instructors. The researcher put a scale for every variable from the variables of the research where he has built a scale for political cynicism consisted in its final figure of (34 ) item distributed on three fields ,where all of its items were distributed at the level of indicator (0,01), in which the stability factor in Alpha equation and (0,92) in kitman equation. The researcher extracted also the truthfulness for this scale via the superficial truthfulness through displaying the items on a group of specialists arbitrators in psychology and political sciences and the relation of the degrees of every item with the total degree of the scale ,in addition to extracting the truth global and in what related with the scale of the belief in conspiracy theory ,the researcher built a scale for this variable and was consisting in its final figure of (30) item distributed on five fields.All the items were distinctive at the level of indicator (0,01)and the factor of stability was (0,90)in Alpha equation and (0,92 ) in Kitman equation.The truthfulness was extracted for it In the same way of the first scale.The research concluded the following results : - - There is a political cynicism for the sample of the research higher than hypothetic median with statistical indication. - There are no differences statistically indicating in the political cynicism for the sample of the research according to the following variable (kind - age - specialization - function). - There is a belief in the conspiracy theory for the sample of the research in a higher level than the hypothetic median with a statistically indication. - There are no differences of the statistically indication in the belief in the conspiracy theory for the sample of the research according to the following variables (kind - age - specialization - function). - There are differences statistically indicating between the political cynicism according to the levels of the beliefs in the theory of conspiracy for the sample of the research.The researcher has presented a group of recommendations based on the results, in addition to a group of proposals for the next scientific studies.
