What kind of impact the compound weights in the exercise of offensive skills composite? And in light of the foregoing was the importance of the research problem in answering the former altasaalan.The Aims of the Study : ? Preparation compound weights exercises to develop special physical power of the players of basketball for young people.? Identifying the impact of exercise on compound weights in the development of special physical power of the members of the research sample.? Knowledge of the impact of the use of compound weights exercises to develop special physical power of some of the skills in the performance of the compound when attacking members of the research sample.The Hypotheses of The Study : ? There are significant differences between the results of pre and post tests and the experimental and control groups in special physical power and some skills of the compound offensive basketball players for young people.? There are significant differences in the results of a post tests between post tests and the experimental and control groups in special physical power and some skills of the compound offensive basketball players for young people.The Procedures : The researcher used the one group experimental method. The subjects were (16) basketball players (for youth). The experimental methods used the Compound exercises weights for two months; four sessions per week. The researcher conducted the pre tests before the Compound exercises weights. Then he applied the training program after identifying the physical abilities and designing the form. Then the experimental group was post tests to find the differences using SPSS and proper statistical operations. Conclusions : In light of the statistical treatments of the results of tests of physical abilities and skills of the compound and offensive that has been presented and analyzed and discussed by the researcher to the following conclusions : ? The Platform for training exercises using weights the compound led to the development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs.? The development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs exercises using the compound weights influenced the development of some offensive skills composite basketball players for young people.? The results showed that the compound weights exercises were effective in the development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs because they were directed to the working muscles of the basketball player experimental and control groups in some physical abilities and skill of the compound offensive basketball players for young people.Recommendations : Within the framework of the conclusions reached by the researcher develop a set of recommendations : ? Platform for training exercises using weights on the compound for the purpose of sports clubs benefit from the players in the preparation of youth basketball.? focus in the weights during training to the working muscles specifically the closer of the competitions and trainings in order to fit with what is needed for the basketball player.? emphasize the importance of training the physical abilities of the basketball player in the implementation of vocabulary training curricula in line with the requirements of the game physically and functionally.
