Abstract:
For Mexico and the other Latin America countries great importance in the International politics and Economical Relations fields, so its regional importance. And Mexico is important part and essential (vital) in Latin America continent for political, economical, historical and geographical reasons. Latin America countries and Mexico constitute considerable space in foreign policy of united state of America and its seek to dealing with Latin America countries as a block after to obtain most of them on the independence in 19th century. A history of Mexican - United states of America relations registered in the beginning controversy. But recently it characterized with co - operation and coordination in different spaces such as , trade, migration, drugs and boundary problems. The economic crises had accured in Mexico through eightieth and ninetieth decades in the past century had reflected negative on the community and economic in United States of America. The recession in Mexico incorporated to a new mode in the relations between United States of America and Mexico. Its formed motive for United States of America to sustain economic reform programs in Mexico and support these programs prelude to create political and economic environment stability and prevent any political or economy collapse. United States of America supported trade Liberalization arrangements in Mexico and Mexico combined to north America free trade agreement (NAFTA). The economic and political stability and the prosperity in Mexico guaranteed and encourage other Latin America countries towards trade Liberalizations to constitute (Free Trade Agreement of America). This research is consist of three chapters, in addition to the introduction and abstract : The first chapter discuss the general historical context to the relations between United States of America and Mexico within framework the relations between United States of America and Latin America countries. And it discuss effective factors in the relations between United states of America and Latin America countries. The second chapter studies the nature and characters of economic crisis in Mexico after explain the nature of economic crisis in Latin America countries in the eightieth and ninetieth decades in the twentieth century and it explain causes and economic indicators of debt crisis 1982 and finance crisis 1994 - 1995 in Mexico. The third chapter discuss the impact of Mexican economic crises on the relations between United States of America and Mexico through international organizations specially World bank group and international monetary fund (IMF). And it discuss the future of relations between United States of America and Mexico.
