Abstract:
دراسة وصفية تم اجرائها للفترة من 1/9/2016 الى 3/9/2017 لتحديد ضمان جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية الاولية الاساسية في محافظة النجف الاشرف والتعرف على العلاقة بين ضمان جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية الاولية الاساسية وخصائص النظام والمستفيدين والخدمات المقدمة، عينة عشوائية بسيطة من (504) مبحوثا تم اختيارها من خلال استعمال طرق الاعتيان المحتمل، العينة قسمت الى ثلاث مجاميع التي تشمل (18) مدير مركز للرعاية الصحية الاولية, (18) من مقدمي خدمات الرعاية الصحية الاولية, و(468) مستفيدا.جمعت البيانات من خلال استعمال اداة ضمان الجودة المعتمدة في وزارة الصحة العراقية. هذه الدراسة تضمنت تقييم بنية النظام مثل؛ (المواد, التجهيزات, القوى الصحية العاملة) والخدمات الاساسية ورضا المستفيدين . البيانات تم جمعها من خلال استخدام تقنيات الاستبيان وتقنية المقابلة كادوات لجمع البيانات والسجلات المحفوظة في كل المراجع المتوفرة التي تيسر الوصول الى المعلومات المتعلقة بعينة الدراسة. المقابلات كل مقابلة استمرت من (5 - 10) دقائق. وتم تحديد مصداقية اداة القياس من خلال (15) خبيرا, وحدد ثبات اداة القياس من خلال الدراسة التجريبية.تم تحليل البيانات من خلال تطبيق اجراءات التحليل الاحصائي الوصفي، واجراءات التحليل الاحصائي الاستنتاجي.واستنتجت الدراسة الى ارتفاع معدل الافراد المشمولين بالخدمة لكل مركز رعاية صحية اولية, قلة الملاكات الطبية والمعاونون الطبيون والادارية بالاضافة الى سوء توزيع الملاكات التمريضية والمعاونون الطبيون والادارية, ووجود علاقة بين معدل الوقت المصروف في البحث عن الخدمة ومستوى الرضا عن الخدمات المقدمة.اوصت الدراسة الى زيادة عدد مراكز الرعاية الصحية الاولية وفقا لعدد المستفيدين في الرقعة الجغرافية, التعاون والتنسيق بين وزارة الصحة ووزارة التعليم العالي والمؤسسات التعليمية لوضع خطة منظمة لتزويد مراكز الرعاية الصحية الاولية باحتياجاتها من القوى العاملة. | A descriptive study is conducted throughout the period of September 1st 2016 to August 3rd 2017 in order to determine the quality assurance for essential primary health care services in AL - Najaf AL - Ashraf Governorate. A simple random sample of (504) subjects was selected through the use of probability sampling approach. Data is collected through the use of quality assurance tool of Iraqi ministry of health (MOH). It is comprised of four questionnaires. The study includes assessment of organizational structure and essential primary health care services and consumers satisfaction. Data is collected through the utilization of constricted questionnaires and the interview technique as means of data collection and keeping records of all available contacts that facilitate the access to the study sample. Each interview takes approximately (5 - 10) minutes. Content validity of the instrument is determined through a panel of (15) experts, and reliability through a pilot study. The data are analyzed through the application of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis procedures.The findings of the present study indicate that the mean catchments population for PHC centers is high; shortages of the medical, medical assistants, and administration workforce. The nursing, medical assistants, and administration staff are poorly distributed; and present relationship between of time spent in seeking services and low level of consumer's satisfaction regarding provided services.The study recommended that to increase the total number of PHC centers according to the numbers of consumers within area; collaboration and coordination should be initiated between Ministry of Health, Ministry of Higher Education and Educational agencies to establish planning system to provide PHC facilities with workforce needed.
