Abstract: تناولت هذه الدراسة بيئة الابداع المنظمي بعواملها )ثقافة المنظمة , نمط القيادة , الدعم المنظمي للابداع) , كمتغير تفسيري , واحتواء القوى العاملة بابعاده (مشاركة المعلومات , التمكين , الاندماج الوظيفي , التدريب , دعم تكنولوجيا العمل , التحفيز والتعويضات) , ك | This study examined the organizational innovation environment factors (organizational culture, leadership style, organizational support for innovation) as explanatory variable, and workforce involvement dimensions (share information, empowerment, job integration, training, work technology support , motivation and compensation) as a responsive variable.The study sought to achieve a set of goals, including : find out how the College discussed the innovation environment that supports innovation and the extent of its contribution to strengthening employee involvement as well as test the relationship and influence factors of organizational innovation environment and workforce involvement in these colleges.Baghdad University was chosen to be a society of the study, the study depended on the views of managers computer and online and continuous education, which numbered about (60) people.The study relied on descriptive analytical and the researcher using the questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data and information in the field of study as well as interviews with the program (spss) In the data analysis and processing using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the measurement of power of the variables examined, the correlation coefficient lsberman simple linear regression coefficient to test hypotheses of the study.Although the most prominent the study,the organizational innovation environment factors impact of signiicant moral contain workforce expert, that when increase interest departments colleges culture and style of leadership and support for innovation will result to increase containment of the workforce in these colleges, and is support by the trends theory which emphasized the importance of provide and organizational innovation environment factors for the porpuse of enhanching the levels of contaiment of the workforce and achieve afitness.The study recommended the need to provide an appropriate climate for investment ideas submitted by employees and that those ideas submitted by employees and that those ideas to the attention of the departments of colleges to strengthen the role of lead containing and embrace.
