Abstract:
The search including conceptual study deals with the industry and its effectiveness in the spatial structure and the main basis for industrial signing as a start to study the nature and types of the new industrial cities and its impact spatially.Where the first chapter of the research study was on the conceptual foundations of the industry and the industrial location and the factors influencing it as well as including the classic theories of industrial location On the other hand including spatial development and strategies used and the industrial development in the spatial correlation structure and aspects of influence. As addressed in the second part of the conceptual industrial cities framework and concept of the public, types and strategies, has proved its importance in the creation of spatial development at various main aspects (economic, social, environmental and architectural) as well as the differences between the industrial location single and pooled or industrial agglomeration, industrial cities are new works to bring about development contribute to the sustainable preservation of raw materials from attrition, as well as preservation of the environment and the ocean side of urban industrial project as well as the main economic and social aspects.The second part of the research in the study of the reality of the event analysis of the industrial sector and industrial city in Dhi Qar, as well asthe use of mathematical and analytical methods in order to determine the effect of the industrial sector in the reality of the spatial structure and its ability for making a spatial development on one side, and in the evaluation of new industrial city strategy in Dhi Qar on the other hand.The results of the analysis search refer to : - : 1 - weakness in the industrial sector the adoption of spatial development, where results showed a weak correlation between the sectoral indices and spatial indicators.2 - weakness in the strategic planning of the city planning and industry standards and this was confirmed by quadrilateral strategic analysis where results showed a slight weakness in the internal environmentand a big weakness in the external environment and it indicates the weakness of government attention in the industrial cities.3 - weakness in the planning standards for the establishment of the Iraqi industrial cities making the location and its design is weak compared to international standards, as well as the not decieded the law of the Iraqi Industrial Estates Act made its strategy characterized by weakness.Through the above, the industrial city in Dhi Qar able to keep up with the development and progress of global and Arab industrial cities as what I planned well and this depends on the extent of the competent authorities rely on the establishment of industrial cities according to international standards and provide administrative and financial facilities to foreign and local investors
