Abstract:
يركز هذا البحث على تعزيز مفهوم واهمية تقييم الاداء للمشاريع الاستثمارية بوصفه الاداة الفعالة لمعرفة الانحرافات عن الاهداف الموضوعة لهذه المشاريع.وجرى اختيار هذه المشاريع في محافظة بابل للفترة من (2012 - 2014 ) وكانت العينة مكونة من ثلاث مشاريع هي : 1) م | This research focuses on promote the concept and importance of evaluating the performance of regional development projects of provinces plan as an effective tool to find out deviations from the targets for these projects.These projects were selected in Babyloin province for the period of (2012 - 2014 ) and the sample is made up of three projects are : 1 - Mother bridge project ( AL - Zahraa ).2 - project implementation of the nationality of Babylon building.3 - project purification plant the seeds of wheat.Approach for this purpose Case study was used to monitor the performance of these projects as well as researcher used the checklist prepared for this case has been gathering information about these projects through feasibility studies , as well as study costs schedules for projects of different sectors within the scientific boundaries of this researchto anumber of conclusions most important to evaluate the performance of projects abd provides accurate information on the quality of the implementation of these projects and provides a clear picture of this performance and thus contributes to take appropriate measures to improve the performance and corrected , as well as to choose the place of some of the projects it was inappropriate unlike other projects of the research sample , which led to wastage cost to create the site to be appropriate , as well as to convey find several recommendations , the most important need for awareness of the importance of the evaluatin the performance of the projects and the need to be activated in accordance with the principles and criteria that are valid on a regular basis and by the people , speciaqlists in various aspects of the projects , and the need to stand on the reasons that led to performance deviation from the planned to be avoided subsequent projects to preserve the money and human energies in the project.
