Abstract:
ان الاستدامة تتعامل مع الشركات كوحدة اجتماعية تؤثر بالمجتمع وتتاثر به لذا فان هذا المجتمع يحتاج الى معرفة التاثيرات الاجتماعية والبيئية بالاضافة الى التاثيرات الاقتصادية لانشطة الشركات وبشفافية ولذلك يهدف البحث الى توظيف معايير GRIلتحليل محتوى التقارير المالية السنوية لعينة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية لمعرفة مدى التزامها بالابلاغ عن انشطتها الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية ومعايير الحوكمة لتحقيق مسؤوليتها تجاه المجتمع وفق منظور الاستدامة. وتوصل البحث الى ان مبادرة الابلاغ العالمية GRI توفر معايير ومؤشرات موضوعية يمكن تبنيهوااعتمادها من قبل الشركات ولمختلف القطاعات لغرض تحقيق قياس موضوعي عن مستوى مساهمتها في تحقيق الاستدامة , وتم اختيار عينة البحث من حيث توفر البيانات للشركات الصناعية وكانت مدة البحث (2014 - 2016 ) وهذه الشركات هي : ( - 1 بغداد للمشروبات الغازية - 2 المنصور للصناعات الدوائية والمستلزمات الطبية - 3 الشركة العراقية للاعمال الهندسية - 4 العراقية للسجاد والمفروشات - 5 الوطنية للصناعات الكيمياوية والبلاستيكية - 6انتاج الالبسة الجاهزة - 7 الكندي لانتاج اللقاحات البيطرية - 8.الوطنية للصناعات المعدنية والدراجات - 9 الخياطة الحديثة 10 - بغداد لصناعة مواد التغليف).وكانت من نتائج البحث ان الشركات العراقية عينة البحث تتباين في مستوى ابلاغها عن الاستدامة وفق مؤشرات EESG ومعايير GRI فان اعلى مستوى ابلاغ عن الاستدامة يصل الى (24.04%) لشركة بغداد للمشروبات الغازية واقل مستوى للابلاغ عن الاستدامة يصل الى 13.09%)) لشركة الخياطة الحديثة الا ان المستوى العام لمتوسط الابلاغ عن الاستدامة عينة البحث يشكل نسبة (19.211%) وهي درجة ضعيفة جدا.وكذلك تم اختيار نفس العينة لغرض معرفة النسب المالية لتقويم ابلاغ الشركات حيث تتباين النسب المالية لتقويم ابلاغ كل شركة فان اعلى نسبة مالية تصل الى 34.87% لشركة الكندي لانتاج اللقاحات البيطرية من خلال استخراج المتوسط العام لكل شركة واقل نسبة مالية تصل الى %3.74 للشركة الوطنية للصناعات المعدنية والدراجات | Sustainability deals with companies as a social unit that affects and is affected by society, so this society needs to know and transparently the social and environmental impacts as well as the economic impacts of corporate activities, So The aim of the research is to use GRI standards to analyze the content of the annual financial reports of a sample of Industrial Companies Listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange to determine their commitment to reporting on their economic, environmental, social and governance activities to achieve their responsibility towards society in accordance with the sustainable development perspective . And reached that the global reporting initiative GRI provide objective criteria and indicators could be adopted and approved by companies and various sectors to achieve an objective measurement of the level of their contribution in achieving sustainability, and sample search terms provide.Data for industrial companies the duration of research (2014 - 2016) and these companies are : (1 - Baghdad soft drinks2 - Al Mansour Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Supplies,3 - Iraqi company for Iraqi engineering works,4 - for the national carpet and furnishings,5 - for chemical and plastic industries,6 - production of readymade garments,7 - Canadian for the production of vaccines and veterinary medicines,8 - National Metal Industries & Bicycles 9 - Modern sewing 10 - Baghdad packaging materials manufacturing One of the results of the research was that Iraq's research sample companies differed in their level of reporting Sustainability according to EESG and GRI standards the highest sustainability reporting level reaches (24.04%) For the Baghdad Gas beverage company and the lowest level of sustainability reporting up to 13.09% for the modern sewing company, however, the overall level of average sustainability reporting for the research sample is 19.211%. It is a very weak degree.The same sample was also selected for the purpose of determining the financial ratios for evaluating the performance of companies, where the financial ratios for evaluating the performance of each company vary, the higher the financial ratio up to 34.87% for the Canadian veterinary Vaccine production company by extracting the overall average of each company and the lowest financial ratio of 3.74% to the company.
