This researcher felt that addressing this problem through diversity and enriching cognitive aspects as cognitive aspects are the basis for the development and dissemination of programmes Kinetic to overcome those obstacles and of these means is (Hypermedia), which is the modern means to explain a scientific skill helps develop skill correction roller.The objectives of the research are : 1 - Preparation cognitive program by using (hypermedia) for diversity of knowledge.2 See the impact the diversity of knowledge and the (hypermedia) in forms development of shooting skill (shooting of jumping, shooting of unchanged, peaceful shooting) basketball sports for students of the Faculty of Education.3 - See the impact the diversity of knowledge and high overlap in the evolution of media dissemination program motor for basketball shooting skill.Search assumptions : 1 - There is a moral influence for diversity of knowledge and he (hypermedia) in forms development of shooting skill (shooting of jumping, shooting of unchanged, peaceful shooting) basketball sports for students of the Faculty of Education.2 - There is a moral influence for diversity of knowledge and hypermedia in the development of the program activist skill shooting basketball. With regard to research procedures the research community are second level students of the Faculty of physical education and Sports Science/University of Wasit for academic year (2014 - 2015) Saluting the research sample was selected randomly and the number (45) student. The action proceeded through the steps of setting up a super media interference as well as precision tests and performance tests of forms of basketball shooting skill in light of this, the researcher used experimental method of designing mackle (equal groups) as well as the use of statistical methods to analyze data and The most important of which are variance analysis, test Levin ,test (t) for samples associated, test (t) For independent samples , equation of Transfer learning. the researcher had reached several conclusions, including the following : 1 - The tutorial has used hyper media and program followed by the College effect positive achieved and the clear improvement in the accuracy and performance of basketball shooting skill.2 - The diversity of knowledge that is given by (hyper media) and the knowledge that is given during the educational units of the live demonstration of skill helped students develop accuracy and performance forms of basketball shooting skill.3 - Diversity in practice during the learning unit instrumental in disseminating program motor forms of basketball shooting skill, whereas the principle of universal motor learning programmers in the process of building effective curricula.
