Abstract:
Languages were not found in our life in a way utter coincidence , and it's not flounce on people's tongue randomly ‚ but laws are the controlling in languages‚ these laws could be lift to the same level of natural laws‚ phonetics form the main part in producing those languages‚ the Arabic language is one of those languages ‚ it's largest dialects in Arabian Peninsula according to speakers number ‚ Arabic language link with these dialects through properties and phenomena sound and grammar‚ from this point my topic search is came (Phoneme Seine Arabic according to Arabian Peninsula accents - comparison study) which was under the direction of Prof Dr.Walaa Sidqe Muhsin ‚ it his paved the way for me in the study of this subject has preceded me several balancing studies ‚ between Arabic and dialects of the Arabian peninsula particularly in the vote remind them (Phonemes friction between classical Arabic and dialects of Arabian peninsula study budget - Dr. Maysa Saeb Rafih ‚ also (Arab Kaf according to the Arabian Peninsula accents - Linguistic study compared) ; Researcher Zina Khadim Muhsin ‚ and (Al Ya’a in Arab language - Linguistic study) ; Researcher Zahraa Mohammed Rezoky. Al (Seine ) sound is one of friction consonants group( Dr. Maysa Saeb Rafih) studied phonetic study of (Seine) sound in her Doctoral Dissertation under title (Friction consonants ) ‚But I expanded in the study of this phoneme by linguistic comparison study between Arabic and dialects of the Arabian Peninsula of the four aspects : Acoustic ‚ Morphological ‚ Grammatical‚ Semantic even that researcher (Ali Abdullah Al Qarany ) preceded me in studding this phoneme in his research under title (phoneme Seine - Acoustical Morphological Study) ‚ But it was limited to only the Arabic language ‚it was no comparison between Arabic language and dialects of the Arabian Peninsula. Research methodology required to be in : Introduction ‚ three chapters ‚ conclusion followed by research sources list. a - Introduction : divided with two topics : 1 - First topic showing the importance of comparison study between Arabic language and dialects of the Arabian Peninsula ‚ also explain the differences of opinions in nomenclature of dialects. 2 - Second topic talked dialects of the Arabian Peninsula briefly ‚reported these dialects split on the sets. B - Chapter one : Under title ( Sein in vocal studies according to the Arabian Peninsula accents)‚ it's includes of three topics, first one talked about Seine outlet and properties, second topic talked about the Seine origin, the pronunciation of Seine and forms written for this phoneme, the third topic was titled similarity and variation.C - Chapter two : Under title (Seine in morphological and grammatical studies - comparison), it's includes of two topics, first topic talked about Morphological study, I talked about adding Seine and the Seine in formula Astfl. The second topic under title (Seine in grammatical studies), in this topic I talked about changing grammar , Single - Seine complex Seine , with ( sawfa ).D - Chapter three : Under title (Detective Semantic Comparison to Seine Phoneme), it's includes of three topics, first topic I talked about acoustic semantic in general ,and then voice indication of Seine. The second topic I talked about the Morphological semantic and third topic Grammatical semantic. E - Conclusion which includes all results that reached by this search.
