Abstract:
احتوت الرسالة على المقدمة واهمية البحث,والتي تطرق الباحث فيها الى اهمية علم النفس الرياضي مكون احد العلوم المهمة لتحقيق التفوق في المجال الرياضي،وقد تجلت اهمية البحث في بناء مقياس الامن النفسي واستبيان الضمان الصحي للاعبين الدوري العراقي الممتاز . وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في ضعف الاندية العراقية في الضمان الصحي مما يضعف الامن النفسي من قبل اللاعبين داخل الملاعب .وتركزت اهداف البحث في : 1 - بناء مقياس الامن النفسي واستبيان الضمان الصحي لدى لاعبي الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة القدم .2 - ايجاد العلاقة بين الامن النفسي والضمان الصحي . 3 - التعرف على مستويات مقياس الامن النفسي واستبيان الضمان الصحي لدى لاعبي الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة القدم .مجالات البحث : المجال البشري : لاعبو كرة القدم الدوري الممتاز للموسم الرياضي 2016 - 2017المجال الزماني : 1/3/2016 - 14/6/2017المجال المكاني : ملاعب اندية الدوري العراقي لكرة القدماما الفصل الثاني : تضمن الدراسات النظرية واشتمل على الموضوعات ذات الصلة بالدراسة اذ تطرقت الى شرح الامن النفسي ومجالاته والى شرح الضمان التعاقد بين اللاعب والنادي كذلك فضلا عن وجود اهمية الدراسات المشابهة.اما الفصل الثالث فتضمن منهج البحث واجراءاته الميدانية : وشمل منهجية البحث واجراءته الميدانية وفيه استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لانه اكثر المناهج ملاءمة لطبيعة البحث كما تضمن اجراءات بناء المقياس والاستبيان ثم اجراء المعاملات الاحصائية الخاصة باستخراج مؤشرات الصدق والثبات والموضوعية واتخذ الباحث البرنامج الاحصائي (spss)، ثم اختير مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية من جميع لاعبي الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة لقدم والبالغ عددهم (587 )لاعبا للموسم 2016 - 2017 والمسجلين رسميا في كشوفات الاتحاد العراقي المركزي لكرة القدم.الفصل الرابع : وتضمن عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها والكشف عن مستويات مقياس الامن النفسي وبيان مستوى كل مجال من المجالات وكذلك على وجود ضمان في الاندية العراقية للدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة القدم ودراسة العلاقة بين مقياس الامن النفسي واستبيان الضمان الصحي.الفصل الخامس وتضمن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات وكان من اهم الاستنتاجات : - 1 - - ظهر ان عينة التطبيق قد وقعت في المستوى العالي لمقياس الامن النفسي والمستوى العالي للضمان الصحي .2 - يتمتع اللاعبون بمستوى العالي من الشعور بالامن ،وتقبل الاخرين ،والثقة بالنفس في حين لديهم مستوى منخفض في تقبل الذات ، والشعور بالصحة الجسدية.3 - وجود علاقة ارتباط طرية بين الامن النفسي والضمان الصحياما التوصيات وكان من اهمها 1 - اعتماد المقياس الحالي الذي صممه الباحث للكشف عن الامن النفسي لدى لاعبي الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة القدم .2 - اعتماد استمارة الاستبيان التي صممها الباحث المقياس الحالي الباحث لكشف عن الضمان الصحي. | The message contains the introduction and the importance of research, which dealt with the importance of sports psychology as one of the important science to achieve excellence in the field of sports, has been demonstrated the importance of research in the construction in building the psychological measure and the health insurance questionnaire for security players Iraqi Premier League The problem of research in the weakness of the Iraqi clubs in the health insurance which weakens the psycho logic security by players inside the stadiums.Research objectives are based. 1 - Building a measure of confidence and psychological insurance on the injuries of sports players in the Iraqi Premier League football.2 - Finding the relationship between psychological security and health insurance 3 - Identify the levels of psychological security and insurance on the injuries in the Iraqi Premier League football.Research hypotheses : 1 - There is an inverse relationship between the phenomenon of psychological security and health insurance.There is a difference between the standards of psychological security and health insurance in terms of the proportion of the distribution of players of the Iraqi Premier League.Research Areas : Human domain football players Premier League.Time domain : 1/9 / 2016 - 1 / 3/2017Spatial domain : Iraqi football clubs.The second section included the theoretical studies and included the topics related to the study,which dealt with the explanation of psychological security and its fields and to explain the insurance and contract between the player and the club and was addressed to injuries as well as the importance of similar studies.Third section ensures the research methodology and procedures field action : The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method because it is the most appropriate method for the nature of the research. It also included the procedures of constructing the two measurements and then conducting the statistical transactions for extracting the indicators of truthfulness, consistency and objectivity. The researcher took the statistical program (spss). The research community was chosen deliberately by all the players The Iraqi League Premier League for football (587) players for the season 2016 - 2017 and registered officially in the statements of the Iraqi Central Football Federation.Section Four : IT included the presentation of the results, analysis and discussion, and disclosure of levels of psychological security and health measure and the level each area, as well as the existence of insurance in the Iraqi clubs for the Iraqi Super League sports and study the relationship between the measure of psychological security and the health insurance questionnaire.Section Five . It included conclusions and recommendations.1 - The application sample had occurred at the mean level of the measure of psychological and high level to health insurance2. The players have an average level of feeling comfortable, accepting others, and self - confidence while having a low level of self - acceptance and a sense of physical health.3 - There is a relationship between the correlation between psychological security health. and insurance of sports injuries questionnaire .The most important recommendations : 1 - adoption of the current measure designed by the researcher to reveal the psychological security in the players of the Iraqi Premier League.2 - Adopting the questionnaire form designed by the researcher to disclose the health insurance.3 - work on further studies in the field of psychological and sports injuries
