Abstract:
Shall be trained in the preparation of the training curriculum that provides a convenient means of hospital haste to restore to recovery and compensation disbursed sources of energy operations, and selection of appropriate means Aloschweiah affect the positive status of the player. This reflected the importance of research as a scientific try new to the game of volleyball, as science researcher through the use of different means hospital (means warm water designer basin by the researcher and a means wet sand and a means artificial turf) to raise the performance level players in volleyball and get rid of the fatigue output training and development of tolerance level of physical and skill in training and competition performance and therefore the development of the level of performance with the players. So summed up the research problem by asking the following (do you use a different hospital means a positive effect on some functional and biochemical variables and bearing performance with volleyball player).The goal of research to prepare a hospital program using different methods hospital (warm water basin and a means wet sand and a means artificial turf) and to identify the impact of the use of various hospital means (warm water basin and a means wet sand and a means artificial turf) on some functional variables and biochemical and bearing performance of volleyball players.Either hypotheses the researcher was assumed that there is a positive impact for the use of various hospital means (warm water basin and a means wet sand and a means artificial turf) on some functional and biochemical variables and bearing performance of volleyball players. As for the curriculum, the researcher used the experimental method - style groups, where the researcher to choose the research community and of my players denominator Club athlete participating in the Iraqi League qualification Premier League ball jumper _rjal _ applicants for the sports season 2014 - 2015 where numbered (16) player was distributed by lot Four experimental groups and by (3) players for each group so that the final number of the sample (12) as a player and make up 75% of the research community. Through this kind of choice gives the researcher an equal opportunity for all members of the community that they are within selected and distributed as follows sample group experimental first used It means warm water designed by the researcher and the second experimental group used the wet sand and the way the experimental group and the third used a means artificial turf and the control group used the truce regular exercises preparedbythecoach.The most important conclusions are that the means used hospitalization had a positive effect on functional and biochemical variables and bearing performance of volleyball players of the four research groups. It means walking on wet sand is the best way in the hospital, using variables (heart rate and time to rest after the effort, and the number of times after breathing effort and lactic acid concentration at rest and after voltage) and bearing performance of volleyball players.
