Abstract:
فقد نزل القران الكريم بلغة العرب ففضلت به على سائر اللغات في العالم، ومع انه تنزل بلغتهم الا انه كان تحديا لهم وهم اصحاب الفصاحة والبيان، فشرعوا يؤلفون الكتب ويضعون القواعد والاحكام ، محاولين كشف اعجازه والوقوف على اسراره فلم يحيطوا الا بالقليل منها .ومن بين المسائل التي عنوا بدراستها هي مسالة الاصل والفرع ، اذ الفت الكثير من الكتب التي تناولت مسالة الاصل والفرع سواء في اصول النحو ( السماع ، والقياس والاستصحاب ) او في اصول الابواب النحوية ، كتقديم باب الاسماء المرفوعة على بابي الاسماء المنصوبة والمجرورة ، وتقديمهم للافعال الحقيقية على الافعال الناسخة وهكذا .اما ما يخص موضوع رسالتي فقد تفضل علي - من بعد فضل الله تعالى - استاذي الدكتور صباح عطيوي عبود باقتراح عنوانها فشدني ، ورحت افتش عنه بين صفحات شرح المفصل فوجدت منه الشيء الكثير مبثوثا في هذا الشرح .وما تجدر الاشارة اليه اني اعتمدت النسخة المحققة للمحقق ابراهيم محمد عبد الله . وقد اقتضت طبيعة الرسالة ان اقسمها على تمهيد وبابين ، تضمن التمهيد التعريف بالمزية في اللغة والاصطلاح ، ونظرة عامة على ظهور مصطلح الاصول في بيئة الفقهاء اولا ثم انتقاله الى بيئة النحويين ، اما الباب الاول فكان عنوانه ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الاسماء والافعال ) ، وقسم على فصلين تضمن الفصل الاول ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الاسماء ) وهو على ثلاثة مباحث ، المبحث الاول ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الاسماء المرفوعة ) ، والمبحث الثاني ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب المفاعيل واشباه المفاعيل ) ، المبحث الثالث ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في عوامل الجر ) و( مزية اسم الفاعل على الصفة المشبهة ) .اما الفصل الثاني من الباب الاول فاختص بباب الافعال وما حمل عليها ، وهو على ثلاثة مباحث : الاول : ( الاصالة والفرعية في الافعال وما حمل عليها من حيث الزمن ) .الثاني : ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الافعال الناسخة ) .الثالث : ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في فعلي المدح والذم وفعلي التعجب ).اما الباب الثاني من الرسالة فاختص بالحروف ، وقسم على فصلين : الاول : ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الحروف العاملة ) ، وتضمن مبحثين تناول الاول ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الفروع المختصة بالاسماء ) ، واما المبحث الثاني ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الحروف المختصة بالافعال ) وكان الفصل الثاني بعنوان : ( مزية الاصل على الفرع في باب الحروف غير العاملة ) ، وهو على مبحثين .اما اهم الدراسات التي اعتمدتها في بحثي وافدت منها الكثير هي الامهات في الابواب النحوية للدكتور احمد حسن العثمان ، ونظرية الاصل والفرع في النحو العربي لحسن خميس الملخ ، والاصل والفرع في شرح الرضي على كافية ابن الحاجب لمنتظر حسن علي ، والاصل والفرع في النحو العربي من سيبويه الى ابن هشام لعبد الحسن خضير عبيد . وفي النهاية لابد من الاشارة الى الجهد الكبير المبذول من استاذي الدكتور صباح عطيوي عبود - اطال الله بعمره واغناه - الذي ما انفك يزودني بالنصائح والملاحظات التي لولاها لمراات هذه الرسالة النور ولم يكتب لها الظهور ، فان اصبت بما جئت به من توجيهات فبفضل من الله تعالى واحسانه ، وان اخطات فمن عندي وكل ابن ادم خطاء، واخر دعوانا ان الحمد لله رب العالمين | Praise be to Allah, peace and blessings be upon His final Prophet Muhammad Amin and his home on the divine and the owners and after.Of the issues that he served grammarians since the beginning of the issue of grammar authoring the original branch Based since the beginning as topics tab to customize either originally or each section of the doors grammatical.
