Abstract: The current study aims at knowing level of scientific productivity and job satisfaction among teaching staff members and administrative performance in the college of physical education. It also aims at knowing relationship of job satisfaction and scientific productivity among the teaching staff members with administrative performance and students assimilation. Thus the researcher has used descriptive method as to be suitable to the nature of research. The researcher has employed three scales in order to achieve the goals of research, as to know about the job satisfaction, scientific productivity among the teaching staff members and administrative performance in addition to the students assimilation in colleges of physical educations.The sample of the research includes members of teaching staff in colleges of physical educations in Iraq carrying scientific titles (Assist Prof.), their number amounted to 1043 teaching staff members in 17 colleges . It has been randomly chosen 6 colleges.(Diyala, Baghdad (Jadiriyah), AL - Mustansiriyah, Babil, Maysan, Basra). Their numbers have become 599 teaching staff members with ratio 57%, 43 as to be the sample of the research.BAfter making statistic operations , data has been offered with data figures after that to be discussed.The researcher has reached to conclusions listed hereunder : The three scales amended ( job satisfaction, scientific productivity, administrative performance) are correct tools of measurement among teaching staff members in colleges of physical educations Iraqi Universities, The teaching staff members need to job satisfaction as to keep on in their work in the colleges and also to develop their scientific productivity as to elevate the scientific reality in their specializations. Besides , the deans of physical education colleges need to develop their administrative abilities to run and manage these scientific institutions. The job satisfaction and scientific productivity positively connect with administrative performance improvement for their college deans; they also have connection with students level improvement.In the light of what conclusions the current research has reached to ,the researcher recommends to depend on aforesaid scales ( job satisfaction, scientific productivity, administrative performance) as to measure and scale teaching staff members in physical education colleges in the Iraqi Universities. It is also necessary to depend on scientific and vocational scales and placing measures and procedures by which the dean chosen for the deanery in physical education colleges in the Iraqi Universities.
