Abstract:
اشتمل هذا الباب على مقدمة واهمية البحث، وتم التطرق فيه الى ان العملية التعليمية تتطلب من المدرب ان يكون ملما بالموذجا جيدا في عرض المهارات الهجومية عند تعليمها فضلا عن استخدامه للاساليب والوسائل الفعالة التي تعمل على تسريع عملية التعلم وانجاحها, ولقد اختارت الباحثة تصميم الدمج بين التمرين العشوائي_ المتغير في تعلم بعض المهارات الهجومية للاعبين. اما مشكلة البحث فان اغلب البرامج التعليمية المركز الوطني لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية لكرة اليد لاحظت افتقار العملية التعليمية والمنهاج التعليمي لاستخدام الاساليب والوسائل التي تعمل على التسريع من عملية التعلم واعتمادها على الاساليب التقليدية في تعلم المهارات وقلة استخدام الوسائل والتي تاتي في مقدمتها التداخل في اساليب جدولة التمرين ومنها الاسلوب العشوائي - المتغير، كذلك قلة اهتمام المدربين بوضع تمرينات للرؤية البصرية. وكانت اهداف البحث : 1 - اعداد منهج تعليمي قائم على التداخل بين التمرين العشوائي - المتغير لبعض المهارات الهجومية بكرة اليد. 2 - اعداد تمرينات للرؤية البصرية تتلائم مع عينة البحث.3 - التعرف على تاثير المنهج التعليمي في تعلم المهارات الهجومية بكرة اليد.4 - التعرف على تاثير تمرينات الرؤية البصرية في تعلم بعض المهارات الهجومية بكرة اليد. وفرضت الباحثة : - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية لمجموعات البحث في تعلم بعض المهارات الهجومية بكرة اليد ولصالح المجموعة التي زودت بتمرينات الرؤية البصرية.الباب الثاني : (الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة) : احتوى الباب الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة التي تمحورت حول محاور عدة منها : التعلم الحركي, والتمرين, وجدولة وتنظيم التمرين, والتمرين العشوائي, والتمرين المتغير والتداخل في اساليب التمرين, والرؤية البصرية واهميتها في المجال الرياضي. بالاضافة الى المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد, وبعض الدراسات السابقة والمشابهة والمرتبطة.الباب الثالث ( منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية ) : اشتمل هذا الباب على اجراءات البحث، اذ استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي على عينة من لاعبي المركز الوطني لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية لكرة اليد، اذ تم تقسيم العينة عشوائيا الى مجموعتين تجريبية بواقع (10) لاعبين لكل مجموعة، ومن اجراء التكافؤ بمتغيرات البحث، وتطبيق الاساليب التعليمية عليهم، بواقع (24) وحدة تعليمية بعد اجراء تجربة استطلاعية، واستخدمت الباحثة تمارين الرؤية البصرية للمجموعة التجريبية، وقامت بمعالجة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة، لغرض الوصول الى النتائج الدقيقة.الباب الرابع : (عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها )تم استخراج نتائج البحث من خلال استخدام النظام الاحصائي SPSS.الباب الخامس ( الاستنتاجات والتوصيات) : استنتجت الباحثة ما ياتي : 1. ان اعتماد اسلوبي (العشوائي - المتغير) المصاحب لتمارين الروية البصرية تعمل على تطوير مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد للناشئين. واوصت الباحثة : 1. يرجى اعتماد التداخل بين اسلوبي (العشوائي - المتغير) المصاحب لتمارين الروية البصرية في تعلم المهارات بكرة اليد للناشئين. | This section included the introduction and The importance of Research, which was addressed to The educational process require the teacher or coach to be familiar banozega well in showing offensive skills when her education as well as the use of effective methods that work to speed up the learning process and make it successful, the researcher has chosen design combining random exercise _ variable in learning some offensive skill players.
