Abstract:
تمثلت المهمة الرئيسية لهذا الجزء من البحث في استعراض عدد من الدراسات السابقة التي تم انجازها حول موضوع العمل الليلي للنساء. ونظرا لعدم الحصول على دراسة عراقية سابقة على الرغم من الجهود التي بذلت , فقد تم الاكتفاء بما امكن الحصول عليه من دراسات بلغ عددها ( | This a study of the night work carried by a group of Females working at what is known as the "Middle Euphrates area" in Iraq, This region involves a number of provinces : Babylon, Karbala, AL - Qadissiya, An - Najaf and AL - Muthana. The most important goalsof this study are : Firstly : to reveal The mostimportant factors of the work that is in progress , The number of the working hours per day. The a monthly salary and the total of the working days with in a month.Secondly, the study seeks to define the social problems that the night working woman Sutter from. To fulfill the goals above, a field work study has been conducted relying on a random sample selected in accordonce to a multi - stage technique. The sample comprises "200" females working in the night shift in three provinces : Babylon , Karbala and AL - Qadissiya. The Focus is directed within these provinces, to the most prominent night work places such as hospital, dormitory supervisors the holly shrines workers. And woman prisons. As for the conclusions the study ends up with, they can be divided into two aspects : the first one deals with the different aspects of the night work such as the nature of the occupation, the number of the working hours the reasons driving female to join night work, and how far the subjects are ready to give up night work. The second aspect is related to the different problems that female workers face such as the personal, social and economic problems. What is more, the study finds that the two hypotheses the study works under are valid. So that it proved that the statistical variations in both satisfaction with work and in facing an important problems are due to some psychological and social factors.
