Abstract: Praise be to Allah who created the man from mud and water, then He put him in a hidden place and clearing the road for him vividly. Pray and peaceful on our prophet Mohammed who had sent as mercy for all human beings, being their master. Who asking the forgiveness for criminals, again continuos pray and peaceful on his relatives and companions up to the resurrection. The researcher through the study of this research has concluded the most important points as following : - 1 - If the man had made Allah angry and being against and disobey the orders of Allah then get guilty against his God. Then Allah gave him a chance to return back to Allah in order to mend the bad deeds he did, after that Allah will accept the repentance from him and he should do good deeds to be nearer and nearer to Allah.2 - The legislation of punishments have mercy and keeping the rights for the man. The Imam is not allowed to stop, be easy or delay of these punishments because they make purity for the society from its sickness Meanwhile there is no difference between rich and poor, noble and neglect, or between honorable and servile.3 - The sins are deadly and they can be divided according to the greatness of the crime or without it and to the smallest and the biggest. Therefore, the man must follow the misdeeds with forgiveness and good deeds, then to be in a hurry begging Allah to forgive him before the death.4 - The rights in Sharia are divided in quantity, if the right for Allah then the forgiveness up to Allah for the criminals, and if the right for anyone of human beings, then the repentance must be with obliteration and excuse or exchange of the rights holder. 5 - The wisdom for forgiveness should not be measured of mercy with the criminal according to the measurement of human beings but according to the measurement of Allah, therefore it was said : If the people can not bearing the excuse of punishment for conceded person then the beneficent and merciful of Allah can do that, because Allah is full of mercy, then the true repentance is being the helper for crime extraction, because if the first goal of the punishment is to mend the criminal, then the repentance is stronger than the punishment to reach the goal because it took place by the criminal himself or herself , then it opens the door of hope in front of misdeed and criminal persons and push then forward to actual life with new active and vital spirit .
